I had a small ham and swiss for lunch.  I had coconut cream pie later in the afternoon, but only ate about half.  Tonight I had about a five ounce cube steak (haven't had one of those in decades) and some slaw.  So, with the jog I still think I'm around 1300 calories.  The cube steak is really low in calories, about 250, the sandwich was 500 max, the pie probably 700 max and the jog took 300 calories away.  Not bad.

Watched the first thirty-five minutes of the original The Fly.  Now I'll read some chapters.

I couldn't think of any child's star yesterday morning and by the time I got home I totally forgot about posting a list. The choices yesterday were pretty good.

BUT

There are exceptions, but most of the child stars mention only had one good film in their cannon.

I would like to add Haley Joel Osmet who was cute in Forest Gump but really carried the movie in The Sixth Sense.

Yes, I agree with Mike.   Oh, I mean, Ditto!

Today I have to make an appearance at the book sale site, where they're moving in our tables and some of the books that have been stored in various garages.  Then, I'll proceed to Dayton for my monthly lunch with the grantwriters.

Ginny, have you ever thought about retirement?

TCB, did you see that with me?  All of a sudden (no surprise, though) my memory's vague on who saw that with me.  TCB or PennyO.  And I also got to meet (former?) DR Julie.  That was a great week!  Thanks again, Fred!  :-*

I went and had lunch with you and Skip and Fred, but missed the performance due to my back.

PennyO and I are often confused for each other due to our hair color and diminutive size.

Right...there is that. ;)

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

First night with the orchestra... wish I could say it rocked, but it was frustrating.  Being in the hands of the sound designer, whom I trust, is frustrating.  Tomorrow will be better
