Had a really good time at the baseball game.  The beer batter struck out 3 times. that means one dollar beers for the rest of the inning.  We all took advantage of that

I vented a little with friends, then we laughed, cheered and had a great time

I realized this morning that I need to not try to do everything. I've been answering all the phone calls and trying to keep everything up, but I really have to stop doing that and just retrieve the messages and return calls.   I'm also going to keep the front door locked.  I have plenty of work to do and there are no appointments scheduled until Monday.   Everyone can just wait.  I'm not going to let myself get any more overwhelmed than I have to.   I started feeling that way so I came home for lunch and decided to just relax a bit.  It was a good choice

Hurray!  I think you have come up with the best approach.  It is important to realize that you can't do everything.

Well folks it's not good news for my knee.

There is a tear in the knee. The exact problem I'll have to post tomorrow. I left the paperwork in the car.

I have to see a specialist.

I have to get an MRI for the shoulder

I have to get a salary from Workman's Comp

A lot to do tomorrow.

:(

Tonight, I was able to try out my new waffle iron in preparation for Theater Artists Olympia's movie/pajama/waffle night.  Here's my very first waffle:

It was more cakey than I thought it would be, so I'll try cooking them a little longer next time, but it was pretty good.  The lights on the waffle iron will take a little getting used to, but it won't be a problem.

I just remembered that tonight is payday (we have automatic deposit) and I haven't balanced my checkbook in a couple of weeks!  I'd better do that now.

Well, I need to go to sleep, even though today is still available to post on!  I have a meeting in the morning at work, so it's bed time.

Good night, all!
