I was just reading up on rabies on Wikipedia. You have 100% chance of survival.

Yup.  Get rabies = die.  Get shots = no rabies.  There was no decision to make

It was much cooler today in Tacoma.  75 degrees.  Hopefully our dry weather will last another week for the U.S. Open.

On Sunday, it's supposed to get up into the low 80s, at least here in Tumwater...with a very low chance of rain.

Now I just pray my insurance company covers this.  It's very expensive, but if you get rabies you die.  So, there really isn't a choice.

Cillaliz, do you mind if I ask how much it cost?

And speaking of "Tartuffe" (I was, wasn't I? ), the costumes were exquisite!  The costumer, Sunny Jim (it's her FB nom de plume...actually, she prefers to go by Jim), made some detailed and beautiful pieces.  The colors were bright and vivid, and they were all designed and built specifically for the women in the cast.

The men's costumes were for the most part regular shirts and jackets and pants, but painted and decorated very specifically.  Overall, some of the best costumes that I've seen in a long time.
