Actually one of the banks I work with, Guaanteed Rate, inc. seems an amazing place to work.  A large numbe if their employees work from home.  One of my contacts recently stopped working in the Manhattan office and began working from home.   She took a couple of week holiday in between  one day we were chatting and she mentioned she was no longer in NY.... Yes I said I know you wri from home, you're here in ( mentioned hand if Long Island town)...  "No", she tells me, "I've moved to Hawaii "
