It is the end of a very long and exhausting day. Another brilliant zinger.

There is a potentiality ;o)  of severe weather here.  Perhaps my phone will alert me in the night if I need to take shelter.  I hope it would.

Picked up errant and truant screeners, so that's good - had a chicken Caesar salad for food, so that's good. Did a little writing, so that's good. Trying my damndest to watch the new Dune - can't say that's good. So much exposition, so much mumbling, so many characters - I had the same issue with the older version, which I hated, and I'm sure I wouldn't like the book either.

Even Keith needed the subtitles for this.  Otherwise we liked the story, but then I liked the book.

Our would be off for the night.  Vibes you are safe and don't have an alert.

For the past few days, I have had spells of vertigo. I called my doctor this morning and just had a message from her while I was soaking. That call came in at 9:45 pm. She was reassuring, but she suggested I come in on Friday.

I think allergies are the cause.

My sister liked all the books written by Frank Herbert, but not really any of the books written by his son and/or others.

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

I have only read his Dune series.  I'm surprised you didn't read them.

I really haven't read a lot of the older sci-fi that's out there.

I did read some Isaac Asimov when I was in high school and college, but I think I moved on to Stephen King and then some other genres and kind of stopped reading for pleasure for a while.
