Believe me DR JoseP, if I started dancing you would be throwing pennies, and then spoiled food, at me.

PSHAW!!!

I highly doubt that.

And if I was going to be "uncomplimentary", I'd be throwing copies of Bollywood movies.  Into the garbage.

I am just so looking forward to what mysteries next season will bring!

With the Mary Alice plot supposedly wrapping up this next week, it looks like the new Alfre Woodard character may provide the full-season plotline next year.  We shall see...

Well, my Dad just got home from work, and he wants to get out the ladder again to clear out the storm gutters.  So that means I have to foot the ladder again.

-All this "activity" is easing my anxiety over his six-month check-up next week.

;)

Oh yikes - I saw a promo of the Johnny Depp-Tim Burton WILLY WONKA last night....and Depp's makeup made him look like Michael Jackson!  Scary!

DRJRand54, there are a several gaunt actresses who look like Michael Jackson already!  Maybe Johnny Depp wants to play Mster Jackson in the Lifetime Movie of its life.

RE DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES:

I just assumed it would be Dr. Van DeCamp (Bree's husband Rex) who was going to die. I was really pretty certain about this when I read that one of the regulars was going to die.

Yes, I read that Alfre Woodard's new character on DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES would bring in her own mystery for next season. She and her son have quite a few secrets to guard according to the article I read.

My houseguest called a bit ago, and after a two and a half hour interview this morning was offered the job he was interviewing for! I couldn't believe his job search was so effortless! I have another friend who's been looking two months and has only had ONE interview (which he didn't get).

So, he goes back to Portsmouth VA, to give them two weeks' notice and then he's back down here.

And we have that entire pod to UNPACK that we packed so full last fall! Argh!

I don't get the "Depp as Wonka as Jackson" thing at all.  I've heard it before, elsewhere, but Depp still has a nose in this picture.

What I'd heard was that Depp and Burton were going for something else that's creepy, a la Marilyn Manson.  But that could be because Manson wanted to play Wonka himself (using the term loosely, of course).

I can't think of anything that I haven't tried yet that I really want to do.  I'm disgustingly satisfied with my life right now.

That doesn't mean I won't come up with something later.

DRLaura beautiful photos from Indiana.

Matt H I did stop just in time.  It was a great episode, and very original.

Rodzinski NJ was only home for two years.  Are you familiar with Oakland?
Cool flipping of the pond even if the prefer the original.

SWW I avoid reviews and much of anything that gives away details of any show or book.  If I had read Matt’s comments it would have taken away much of my enjoyment over the episode.  I needed to let the story unravel on my own.

It was forty-three years ago today that Marilyn Monroe sang 'Happy Birthday' at a birthday salute to President John F. Kennedy at Madison Square Garden.

May DR Francois' birthday be as memorable.

Yes, but that picture is from when they started filming. By the end of production, this is what he looked like.

(I couldn't bring myself to put Jackson's nose on the picture because it makes me physically ill to see it.)

DR Jennifer,
The reason I was thinking that Mike might be Zach's dad is because the woman that died at Paul and Angela's house was Mike's ex-girlfriend. Zach/Dana was stolen from a lady who was a drug addict (Mike's ex was a drug addict) and I am presuming she had gone to Paul/Angela's house to retrieve Zack/Dana.

Since there is obviously a lot going on during each episode, how do we know that Deirdre (mike's ex) was killed at pual and angela's house?

I knew she was found in their trunk. But i must have missed the other part.

But wouldn't Mike know if he had a child.  That part doesn't make sense.
