Aren't most of those still on 78s?

For the most part, only in Portugal.

I knew a Portuguese Washerwoman years ago.  She was 78.

Is she still?

(I know, I know....if she died, she is most definitely "still").

Joe Carr put the finger on her I heard. She's not with us now. He made sure she was still.

DR BrettySpaghetti, DR Jose is playing keyboards for John Kander's musical ALL ABOUT US, based on Thornton Wilder's "The Skin of Our Teeth."

Thank you, I appreciate your Kander. Er, candor.

DR BRETTY - I did the choreography for a lovely Production of RAP MASTER RONNIE which was a LOT of fun.  Some cute songs.

How do you not like a score that contains the lyric, "We're proud of old school ties / We're not afraid of compromise / We're entry-level assholes on the rise"?

Wish I could have seen it! (And Doonesbury too!)

(Blush) Well, it's a very flattering photo of me, as I'm sure Amy will confirm. I work for Larry Flynt, editing one of his last remaining "mainstream" magazines (about powerboating). But mostly I just watch TV.

Presently listening to this BBC Radio 2 show!!

"Friday Night Is Music Night has, in fact, been music night for half a century, first of all on the Light Programme and then on BBC Radio 2, making it the world's longest-running 'live music' programme on radio. It features the famously versatile BBC Concert Orchestra, and is frequently broadcast from theatres and concert halls throughout the UK.

Friday, 20th April
Ken Bruce presents the show from London's Mermaid with the BBC Concert Orchestra conducted by Simon Lee and Robert Ziegler and special guests Icelandic tenor Gardar Thor Cortes and the stars of the ENO's production of On The Town - Caroline O'Connor, Lucy Schaufer, Sean Palmer, Ryan Molloy and Joshua Dallas.  Find out more about the ENO's production of On The Town.

I know you're joking, but that's actually a fairly accurate description of what goes on at our website, where gearheads talk lustily about their engines.
