I loved Paula's comment about Jordin being in "good vocal . . . voice."  Stoned again, naturally.

Whew!  I thought it was just me - especially after the judge's comments.

As for the forced rhymes.. blame Spring Awakening.   ;)

I blame you.

Ohh.. For those with TiVo's and DVR's... At least on the West Coast... "Idol" is definitely running past it's 9:01 designated stop time.  More like 9:03 or 9:04.

I don't care if you post spoiler notices or not.

Others may not agree with me, though.

I gotta tell you - when you're prepared to watch Can-Can and instead you watch Sidney Lumet's Prince Of The City, which begins with at least two shots of people throwing up on the ground, you really have to switch mindsets quickly.

So, there are six songs in an hour? What else are they doing?

I did a first pass order for Joan's show, and you know what - it isn't half bad.  I'll switch a few things around, I'm sure, but it's a really good beginning.

Lots of talking and commercials...but mostly just the two finalists singing.

There is a surprise singer at the end that may please some.  8)

Right now, there are eighteen numbers, plus an encore.  However, a few of the eighteen numbers are put-togethers and/or medleys, so there are really about twenty-five songs.

Gee that was my reaction the first time I saw CAN CAN.  :P

After I finish Prince Of The City (it's a LONG film - 167 minutes) and its little documentary feature, then I'm going to start entering fixes on the book from proofer number one.

The first time I saw CAN-CAN, I threw up on the ground twice!

Where does one throw up, if one does not throw up on the ground?

Never mind, please don't answer that!

Whilst lunching at the French Quarter, a popular gay hangout in West Hollywood, I dropped into Baby Jane, a memorabilia store run by an acquaintence.  The French Quarter is located in the French Market emporium of shops, where Baby Jane is situated.  When last I was there, he told me he'd gotten two production slides from Nudie Musical - since I don't have any slides from the film at all, I bought them.

I have made some online purchases from Baby Jane......  So what scenes are on the slides?  :D

But the party theme is "That's Gross!", I think the cake qualifies.

Other Candidates:

Pond Scum:

Strained Eyeballs:

Leprechaun Legs

der Brucer

I think that these are pretty funny. ;D So, is the Pond Scum made of Jell-O?
