Congrats on getting the book you wanted, DR ELMORE!!!

The bookseller who didn't respond to my two inquiries just did; it was indeed the set, and I got to tell them they had arrived too late.

For DR MBarnum? No Bollywood, No Old Movie Stars, No hot bodies, No chance in hell.

And it closes June 10 anyway.  Same day as it will probably win a few Tony Awards.

I have yet to decide on any shows to see while in NY...I really would enjoy seeing a Brian D'Arcy James show. DR Rodzinksi is supposed to  be looking for things that might be of interest but I have not heard from him as of yet.

Well, a friend of mine just moved into the same building as Brian - they're practically next door neighbors.  Would you like to stay with him while you're in NYC?

Yes.

Or...

Have your friend ask Brian if he is appearing in anything during the time I will be in NY and that I bought his uncle's season one of FLIPPER dvd set.

Here is proof that I didn't just sit by the pool and eat and drink.

Just proof you spent all day leaning on a bike while Ant fetched refreshments 8)

That is actually DR MBarnum on the fire escape BEFORE he was kissed by the handsome young prince...

Are you sure it's not the handsome young prince after he was kissed by MBarnum?

I am bookmarking that link, DR ELMORE.

Hmmmm....no word....I guess I am running the lightboard for A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM but will not make an appearance onstage.

Hey, NO LINES TO LEARN....but it may be painful to watch!

The light and sound booths are the best places to make fun of the actors.

TOD Trivia for the 1970s:

What American singer had a sucessful cover of "Don't Cry For Me Argentina" BEFORE the show even opened!

Well, I know that Karen Carpenter recorded it before the show opened in London, but I don't know if the recording was commercially "successful."

Brian Keith is/was Brian D'Arcy James's uncle?   ???

Didn't Donna Summer also do "Don't Cry For Me Argentina"?  I don't remember it being a big hit, though...

Sorry, Carter gets my vote as worst ever!

I always liked Carter as a person and was very disappointed in him after his anti-Semitic comments.
