More reasons for not bothering with the MySpace/My Friends etc internet connections.

I've never really understood the personal "blogs" concept either. If I wanted my friends to know about my "interesting" life - I would tell them personally. (or post at HHW)

Looked like the poor guy could use a meal or two to my eyes.   ;) :D

I already have close friendships with people in North and West Africa who often need my assistance with banking.

Speaking of unpleasant people, why would anyone ever give the thoroughly repugnant and appallingly rude Fran Liebowitz, who's acting abilities are nil, recurring walkons on LAW & ORDER?  I've had several run-ins with her at Drama Book Shop and she's a four-letter word of the lowest order.

I see.....not even worth a cedilla, eh?

I thought it was a site for teen agers from what I had heard about it on the news.

It is, and college kids, and old coots, and professionals networking, and WHORES!

I get regular emails from the same people telling me what a good person I am and how they want to give me millions of dollars to put in my bank account.  Not!

When I got to New York, her humorous writing was the epitome of Manhattan chic, and I enjoyed it.  Then I met the old dyke: hostile, ugly, rude, bitchy. We all looked forward to her visits so much.

There was gossip that he was dating a fellow in the NYC Gay Men's Chorus while the series was running.

Hope his wife and daughter don't find out!

The Van Dyke Parks yahoo site is 90% spam from people who are trying to pimp for a "different" kind of dyke.

I only repeat what I've heard.  I'm sure he knows of lots of other similar situations in the business.

They're just poor girls photographed in lingerie and trying to make ends meet.

Do you guys need house seats?  I think I may know someone.  ;)

Thanks, DR Jose, we're all set, but maybe there are some other Hainsies or Kimlets (what is the difference, anyway?) who could use your help.

That is a shame.  But I would guess some of them are just young girls who don't know any better and just want the attention.

Well, two down, one to go...

My brother and his wife decided take advantage of the temporary live-in uncle and go see a movie tonight.  So, Uncle Jojo is now Babysitter.  :)

After their post-dinner/pre-bedtime snack, both John and Alyssa went upstairs, washed up, brushed their teeth, changed into their pj's, and tucked themselves in.  I've been trying to get Emily to follow suit - especially after changing her diaper, but every time I put her in her crib, she starts to stand up, then she starts to whimper... And Uncle Jojo comes over, picks her up, and walks her around a bit. So far, we've been walking around for about 30 minutes... ;)

She's starting to do the "sleepy eyes" thing where she rubs her hands in her eyes... Or she's pinching my arm - ??? - while I'm typing with the other. :)

Nope, not yet! We on the West Coast of the USA are last on the Postal's delivery schedule, evidently.

Odd, I would have expected you to receive yours before I received mine.

If a person feels the need to seek the services of an escort, that's another matter entirely.  What I resent is the constant barrage of "Friend Requests" I receive from hookers working the site.

I've been getting those a lot lately...and they're always from women! :P

I always report them as spam. ::)

(I find Rob Morrow way more attractive, BTW.)

Me too! :)

Speaking of these actors who appeal to the young people, exactly when was Rex Smith a teen idol, as reported in his bio?

Late 70's, early 80's, I believe.  Then came "Solid Gold".  I still have nightmares of him singing "Eye of the Tiger" in leopard skin spandex.  With a gold lamé headband, of course.  :-\

That is probably it is and my groggy brain came up with Rob Morrow. .

LOL-look at the discussion you started :)

I liked Rob Lowe in WEST WING and felt they shouldn't have pulled away from his character, one of the more enjoyable ones on the show, IMHO.

Rob Morrow should never have left NORTHERN EXPOSURE, one of our all time favorite shows.  We often watch re-runs.  He was the anchor of the show & sadly it couldn't survive without him.

Ohh!  A nice bit of news just posted over at Playbill.com:

Glorious Ones, a Musical Page Out of Theatre History, Will Get Lincoln Center Run

That's all fine and well, but what I want to know is...will it get a recording??

:)
