Good Afternoon!
Ahhh... Nothing like 50 minutes of circuit weight-training and some yoga to get one's blood flowing - and one's muscles pumping.

*I think I've actually come across a dumbbell workout that I actually like doing, and that has enough alternate exercises to keep me interested - and that aren't too complicated, well, that I don't have to constantly think about (proper form, stance, etc.) In fact, I was going to stop after my third circuit, but I went ahead and went for the suggested/highly recommended fourth circuit. Plus, I added a set of lunges and push-ups at the end - which are also an option with this plan.
