Tomovoz, is it cold where you are? It is hot here. It is supposed to be really hot in a couple of days.

Cold mornings here DR Laura. Down to zero some mornings. No snow here this year. (Only once every decade or so where we are)

We rarely see the Eagles here - quite special. Australia's largest bird of prey. Not the largest bird but then the Emus are not likely to fly past.

I need to see PEEPING TOM. I rented it one time because a director I was working with loved it. The tape was defective and then I forgot about it.

I forgot to include THE APPLE and PUTNEY SWOPE----maybe not surreal---maybe just plain weird!

Oh, I forgot, BREWSTER MCCLOUD.

What a wonderful organization you started! I would love to order a CD (I must hear "TOY TRUMPET"!) as well as make a small donation. (wish it could be more...) Please let me know how I can do both!

Dear DR Edi.... if you will send me a private post with your land address, I'll get a few things and some info sent off to you when I get back from this trip.  Unfortunately, that won't be until July 1st, but I can take care of it then.

Thanks mucho, and a bunch!  :D

Hi folks!  I’ve been busy with Mom’s room and to much else go into right now.

I am glad to hear that DR Elmore got his lease.  Yay!!!!

I’m sorry to say that I haven’t heard from the guy from MOSI since I last posted.  I haven’t had time to follow up.

Today was the first time I went to the sleep doctor.  I spent all of 45 minutes in this office.  Let’s have a guess as to how much of that was spent WITH the doctor.  I think anyone who says under five minutes has it just about right.

He made me say “Ahhh”, looked down my throat and said my throat was small.  If I am snoring as badly as my friend said I needed a sleep study and there really wasn’t anything he could tell me until that is done.

The up shot of that is that I have to report to his office on July 6th at 9:00 PM to be hooked up to all of the wires and have them watch me sleep.  Friday is a good night for it because it will be a work day and by nine, I can hardly stay awake as you all already know.

Tomorrow is the heart stress test.  I fear this one.  I can’t really explain why but I do.

I finely had to go to the Vital Statistics to get Mom's death certificate.   I paid for seven of them but have yet to receive one!

I can't close her bank account or any of her accounts without it so I thought I'd better go ahead and get at least 2 copies to send for her life insurance.

It's killing me to close things.  It's like I'm losing her bit by bit.  I called the SS office to let them know she passed because I thought the funeral home didn't do that either but was surprised to learn they did.

Yes, DR TCB, 9 copies systemwide.

He lives here in Tacoma, not far from the theater where I usually work.

Last night, I watched my HD DVD of "Field of Dreams".

There were some stunning moments, visually, and some ordinary ones.  HD DVD isn't 100% effective when applied to older movies.

The film, however, remains one of my few very favorites.  As much as it expects leaps of faith and and a willingness to suspend disbelief, it remains an emotionally gutwrenching film for me.

I cry like a baby....and it seems the more often I see it, the earlier I feel the tears start to come.

I LOVE this movie beyond reason, I guess.  But I DO love it, nonetheless.

Well the field and most of the outfield is still in Dysersville...it isn't heaven, but it is Iowa

There are two women who obviously coordinate their jaunts to the dog park.  Between them they have an interesting collection of little dogs.  They are nice & their dogs play well with Sherlock.

Today they showed us the creek behind the dog park.  All the little dogs, and people, watched while Sherlock had a grand romp through the water. :D

I'm so happy to hear that Sherlock had a grand romp through the water!   :D

DR JRand - most importantly, who is your HENRY?  When I played Henry, I had the best-est Mortimer in Mark Calla, whom I'm sure couldn't hold a candle to you.   Congrats!

Henry is being played by my friend Larry Sutton who for many years was the TD in the theatre/opera dept. of DePauw University.  Very nice man and a very good actor.  I directed him last year in DEATH BY CHOCOLATE.

We have a fine cast....so hopefully the director won't get in our way too much.  ::)

Maybe so. I guess I thought it was at Fifth Avenue where it meets Central Park.  Maybe there is no such place. Don't laugh at me.

Yes.

Yes, Terre Haute AND Cloverdale....we hit ALL the metropolitan towns.

Cloverdale has more liquor stores than churches and Terre Haute has more gasoline stations than churches - so we enjoy Cloverdale a bit more.

Oh, my, I didn't mean to make you panic!   :o  Hi DR Ginny!

I have so much going on right now, so much paperwork/phone calls/running around town trying to get things taken care of/trying to get her room done AND trying to work at the same time.  I'm also working overtime when ever I can to make time up since I don't have any time left on the books so I can go to these doctor appointments and take care of my Mom's business.  I honestly wish I had some time to take off.

You have no idea.  All I can say is Oy!  :-\

DR Laura, last year on our HHW walk we went to the spot where you can look at Pale Male's nest.  So unless something has happened, you should be able to see it.
