They do the same with me.  8)

What? Let you sleep inside when it's too hot or there is a threat of storms?

Well I must do some work.  This afternoon the Dex guy will be here to do my yellow pages ad.  Looking forward to getting that finalized.  It's a must around here to be in the yellow pages.

Thanks to all for the Happy Birthday greetings. When I came out from my appointment, there was a bouquet of flowers from my DF Gretchen.  What a wonderful surprise~!

I have moss on my roof.

Too bad rolling stones won't gather it...

Has anyone seen Evening?

With that cast, you think, "How could they miss?", but I've seen mixed things about it.

The choreographer from the movie HAIRSPRAY was a judge on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE last night...Adam something....and he was shut down a couple of times by Nigel....  But he did tend to go on and on and break into other people's time.

And Mary's back tracking on the Cedric trainwreck was very disappointing.

My favorite couple again last night Lacey and ???  darn, I forget his name.

Ah, i wrote my post before seeing yours.

Lacey's partner is kameron. Wow i'm surprised that they are your favorites.

There is something about them i'm not crazy about. I figured most people were voting for them because she's benji's sister.

I was actually happy with what mary said. Cedric might not have been the best last night. But he was totally different than how he has been. He really seemed improved.

Btw, i thought it was a bit weird for them to have a judge not from the show. I don't remember them doing that in past years. But i guess they started it with debbie allen. It's interesting i guess to get a new perspective. And to at least get judges who watch the show.

Has "On the Lot" been on hiatus? I wasn't watching it, but noticed that there have been no comments about it here lately.

I guess I shall now be on my way to rehearsal, after which I shall return.  Hopefully, CDs will be here by then, but, you know...

Saw this bird outside my kitchen window this morning. Couldn't have been more than 2 inches tall. First time I'd ever seen a yellow bird in my little postage stamp backyard (I mostly get ducks, robins, blackbirds, and cardinals. And the occasional muskratty type thing, as I live right by a manmade pond.

Anyone know what it is?

Thursday greetings!  "Broken weather" seems to be an epidemic - it hit here in SW Ohio last night, too.  It was so-o-o-o nice to turn off the AC, open the windows, and hear the birds singing this morning.

Here's a story from this morning's Cincinnati Enquirer that may interest some:

As I was reading today's column notes, it was bad enough with the Elmer Fudd references, but then when I saw dear Cilla's name "translated" I started to laugh out loud, and then tried to stifle laughing, and then that just made it worse!

There are very puzzled looking people sitting near and across from me, and they are looking very afraid.  :)

Dear Esteemed, worked, worked-out, and wavishing BK -- .... it is (this time)  ALL YOUR FAULT.  I am an absolute sucker for Fudd-ese !!

So did Jason Graae!

Is Saturday the 14th a good day for home improvements also? I have moss on my roof.

I think Friday would be a much better day to work on your roof, DR MBarnum!

It's in the hands of the Institute's attorneys now.  Thanks for asking.

Dear Naomi.... No, I haven't had much time at all to log on here or check messages.  And the work I needed to do got successfully accomplished, but it turned out to be a very long hard day yesterday, and then I had a little followup to finish this morning.

Hi Jack.....maybe we can meet sometime in the future whenever I'm here next.
