JRand I bet Miss Blue Moon wishes the snow would return.

Indeed she does.

She comes in when it gets over 80 degrees and spends her nights indoors....she gets ice cubes in her water and lots of shade in the backyard....but nothing beats SNOW!!!   ;D

JRand, the last time we ate in town, with Sherlock, I asked the waitress for a glass of water without ice and Sherlock's water bowl with ice.

Depending on how your stand alone DVD player is configured, it might not be able to play DVD+Rs, DVD-Rs, etc.  My "old" DVD player cannot play computer generated DVDs, but my new player does.

I have to get my book out, DRJOSE.  I may have the wrong kind of disk that I burned it to.

It plays disks that DR MBARNUM sends me fine.

I saw DR TPUNK on here!!!

Time to watch some DVD's.....

We never have received a rehearsal schedule for THE FANTASTICKS, and I know something was going on tonight, but because I wasn't informed that I was needed, I didn't go.

I expect an email tomorrow......  And hopefully a rehearsal schedule very soon.

Really! I didn't know that! When I get the shows, they have the white on black credits for the regular cast, but the guest credits haven't been finalized or else I get a textless copy so I can used the shots that might have a name super.

You should check it out---he's quite good!

Well - I am off now to watch the end of The Devil Wears Prada, which I started last night.

Then, I will head to Town Hall to help with getting things set up for the show toight - A Night at the Operetta, which will feature a performance by Milla and about a dozen other wonderful singers.

And then I will work on trying to resize a photo to use as my avatar - which I hope will amuse youse - especially DR elmore!

Later, all!  Have a good one.

Julie, if you need help, there are several of us who have experience resizing pictures for avatars. :)

Are you talking about the movie starring Dana Andrews and Jeanne Crain?

The sky is a funny color, which suggests a dust storm may be coming.

It is 7:45 p.m., and 110F.

I would be very suspicious of the broadcast times. Last week they said it was a to be an extended episode and would last 1 hour and 10 minutes - in fact, it lasted over 60 seconds more! (A fact I noticed when I played my DVR of the following Heartland and saw the last 60 seconds of the Closer - and a key minute it was!)

Tonight they have programmed a re-run of last weeks episode and have only scheduled it for one hour! So, unless they are going to show it virtually commercial free, it will run over, the new Closer will start late, and it will run over and people who are not set to record Heartland could well miss 11 minutes of the new Closer!

Actually, the cut some of last week's episode to fit it into the hour tonight. The 9 p.m. new episode started right on time as I said it would.

Jose, it's the president of the college.  I think everything's going to be fine now that I know that his leaving doesn't actually occur for another year.  And I just now got an e-mail from the lady to whom I sent the invoice - she forwarded it to the person who actually cuts the check and told him to please put a rush on it, so hopefully all will be well.  I'll feel much more comfortable when I've got that money in the bank.
