So... -And maybe all of this crap contributed to my dream last night... When I got home Tuesday night, I wanted to cook some hamburgers on the grill. And I had stopped at Whole Foods to pick up some good burgers too on the way home for that very purpose. Well... After removing the grill cover and lifting the hood, I noticed that there were two hamburgers left in there - complete with buns and cheese. WHAT?!?!?! Thankfully(?), they had just managed to dry out, dehydrate, over the past two weeks, so they weren't decomposing and attracting bugs. They felt pretty solid. Oh, and, of course, the rest of the grill wasn't cleaned off either - lots of grease drippings, lots of melted cheese, etc. -And then there was all the other grease that had dripped down below onto the propane tank and onto the stone tiles...

In any case, after I had cleaned off the grill and cooked my dinner and cleaned the grill again, I left an appropriate note on the fridge for the person in question. -Guess who? And I also put the two hamburgers in a Zip-Loc bag and left them on the counter just in case the roomie in question just happened to want them still.

So, a couple of minutes ago, the roommate in question came down, asked me not to leave notes on the fridge, said it had started raining when they started to clean up after the party, etc., etc., etc... I just nodded, and said, "Oh, OK." And then she left.
Was I being passive-aggressive? Well, yes. To an extent. However, there are many other issues here. -Including a very stern call from our landlord the other morning for the bags of trash that had been left in the backyard - which is forbidden according to the terms in our lease. To which the roomie in question responded, "Oh, I'm sorry. I guess forgot to check again in the morning. I'll take care of them when I get home later."

So...Well.. I think that was enough venting for now. We're gonna try to set up a "house meeting" sometime in the next few days. -Of course, the last two or three times we tried to set one up, the roomie in question decided to spend the whole night out with her boyfriend, and contributed her thoughts via e-mail. Which, of course, makes it very hard to respond to.
Animosity Abounds!
