Which brings me to this question, as I have no recollection of your ever having mentioned it:

Did you ever get your high def TV hooked up to receive "HD" broadcasts?

Yes....I upgraded my Comcast two weeks after I got my TEEVEE back in February or March.....

Sports - even wrestling - is very colorful in HD....as is NASCAR racing and especially HOCKEY....if you haven't watched a hockey game on TV yet, do so....   ;D

Are you ever "blown away" by the sharpness, depth of field, 3-D aspects of some of the HD broadcasts?

Very much so.....nature programs....and geography programs are especially bright and entertaining.....like the animal stuff, too.

It's a new experience.

My question for ASK BK day - to start with:

What pulp novel (we probably never heard of) would you like to adapt for the screen?

Don't know if they're quite considered pulp, but I'd adapt any Cornell Woolrich - especially Night Has A Thousand Eyes and The Black Curtain, both of which had botched films made from them.

Arnold M. Brockman, one of the packages does indeed have your name on it.  It's going out at one today.

Good Morning!  Good Afternoon!

I'm up, I'm up... Etc., etc., etc....

Just taking a little break from auditions. So far, so good, and just two more appointments to get through before the end of the day. :)

Not enough vowels!  I didn't investigate, but I imagine it's a law professor's blog of some time.

Hello.  I ended up calling in sick again today even though I had originally planned to  go to work today. I got up at 6:30 and got dressed, drove the Vixter to school (all of 2 blocks away but it is across a  very busy road which I don't want her crossing especially when it is still dark out these days)   I came back home and was absolutley exhausted by these limited activiities.  So I went back to bed reset the alarm for 8a;30. called the boss. called the offoce and then went back to sleep  and slept until after 1.

I guess I needed it.

Thanks for the report, Vixmom. I'm doing better today, but, like you, have limited stamina.
