Miss Karen - And holiday words are acceptable, as are variants on Bruce, Kimmel, Guy or Haines.  Any friggin' post is in fact acceptable if it will get us to friggin' page 60 before midnight gets here and the coach turns back to a pumpkin.

(And you still wonder why you found yourself in Paris alone without your plane ticket?  Well, pardon my French anyway.)

It's so late that DR Michael Shayne has woken up again. (up needs his sleep)

And yes, BK laughed and then got very emotional at the beautiful DVD you all helped put together and which was beautifully edited by dear reader edisaurus.  I was, frankly, overwhelmed - not merely whelmed mind you, but OVERwhelmed.  Seeing that eleven minutes was amazingly amazing - what a jernt this is and what people you all are.  I really think that there has never been and never will be again a site like this, or, more to the point, a discussion board like this.  And to put voices with photos was so much fun.  It was the perfect capper to the evening and I will treasure this DVD forever!

A few posts short of a page.  Is that like being a sandwhich short of a picnic.  Or is that an Australianism?

I got some wonderful presents, too - I didn't really expect any, but what I got was cherce.  A really old and rare book from Joan Ryan and hubby (who's a rare book dealer), said book being from 1893 about California - gorgeous.  Several wonderful gift cards (good shoppin' comin' up), the John Ford Box Set (huge thing), a signed photo of Lee Meriweather as Cat Woman with a hilarious inscription, thanks to Andy Taylor, who just worked with her, a lovely brass sculpture of a musical quartet, a framed picture of me as you young boy, and lots of other goodies.  But that DVD - whew.

BK, I think we all treasure the video. DR Edisaurus  and DR Jeanne deserve most of the credit. DR Edi so beautifully captured our wonderful family that has grown and flourished in your living room.

Jose - Sorry, that's both too much information and yet helpful in making sure these lists are accurate.

TOP TEN TOPPINGS - AMENDED BY TOPULAR DEMAND

Chocolate fudge
Strawberry
Almonds
Pecans
Hazelnuts
Jose, vis-a-vis  the guy with the tattoo at the reservoir
Chocolate sprinkles
Cherries
Gold leaf
Coconut

And how does Jose move up in the rankings?
