I'm sure there wil be lots of photographs, but in attendance was dear readers Miss Patti, edisaurus and her ever-lovin' Greg, Alet and Andy Taylor, Barbara and David Wechter, Nick Redman and pal Julie Kirgo, dear reader Cason, Kevin Spirtas and Barbara Deutsch, Grant Geissman, Alan and Dee Dee Feinberg, Joan Ryan and hubby Howard.

And the gift bags the Pattis did were amazing, filled with goodies mentioned in the various and sundried Kritzer books - ginger beer, Necco Wafers, Wax Bottles, Fizzies, U-No Bars and some other stuff - just incredible.  All in all, one of the grandest evenings of my life.

Today I went to the dentist and was tortured for several hours after which I came home looking like a chimpmunk and speaking like my tongue was several sizes too large

On this day in 2007, Vixmom was tortured at the dentist...

I believe Moody is reviewing the situation.

Today the Vixter and her Girl Scout troop stood outside the local supermarket selling nuts and candy and assisting in the capture of criminals

BK did the Vixter ever tell you who she was? She has a bad habit of assuming EVERYONE will immedialtey know her voice

No, not initially.  I had no idea who I was talking to.  Later, in the car, I called information with the area code and as soon as I found out where it was located, I figured it out, then called her back.

It5 was lovlier than lovely to see Cason Murphy after his Noo Yawk triumph - I think he should do grad school at Juilliard, and play wads of odd characters off Broadway for two or three years - then, be a huge star...

Ssshhhh...his Mother already thinks he's a huge star!

BK, I think we all treasure the video. DR Edisaurus  and DR Jeanne deserve most of the credit. DR Edi so beautifully captured our wonderful family that has grown and flourished in your living room.

I know Jeanne spearheaded it, and she has my eternal thanks and gratitude.

BK I am so happy that you  liked it.. did Edi get to see you enjoy it?

She and Greg were sitting next to me on the couch like so much fish.  Speaking of fish, I got two huge bags of Swedish Fish.

The very same - her daddy was also a terrific TV writer, George Kirgo.

Do I really have to write the notes?  I'd better get started now if I want them up by midnight.

They were standing there in the cold selling their wares when "a guy" came running out of the store carrying some unpaid merchandise and ran past them nearly knockingthem over , he jumped in car and started to take off when a couple of employees came running out after him.  The shoplifter (alleged) hit one of the employees with his car/or one of the employees leaped on his hood to try and stop him (we are not clear on this point however the employee did not sustain any serious injuries)

The girls wrote down the license plate number and were interviewed by the police as eyewitnesses.
