Somehow we missed Alet---there were two tables and I didn't see who all was at the other one.

We also had Bruce's cousin Alan and Didi at our table, plus Mr. and Mrs. Nick Redman, Barbara Deutsch (?) and Grant Geissman came over and talked to us for awhile. And of course, our hostess and the guest of honor.

Adriana's camera battery died before the end of the festivities, but I imagine she'll post the ones taken before that happened. She took more using my camera, and I'll post photos when I get back to GA tomorrow night.

Yes, it's heart-breaking. I hope bk's feelings won't be hurt that everyone forgot his special day and didn't make a big deal out of his 60th...

In our HHW gift bag to bk, he also found Swedish Fish, "Fun size" Cherry Ripe, and Botan Rice Candies, to "satisfy his nutritional needs".

At first I thought you wrote "Amy Wedges" and was getting ready to post "Don't be making fun of Edi's shoes after all she's done for us on bk's BD surprise" ...

I felt very fortunate to be able to watch the DVD with bk---I had fun putting it together and was lucky that Jeanne was able to find so many DR's to contribute photos. Singdaw and George were huge helps gathering all the photos together. We couldn't have done it without them.

My answering machine got quite a workout---it probably had more phone calls in a week than it had all year!

Regarding combat pumps - I understand that certain pumps are needed to keep the water levels at the reservoir at appropriate, well, levels.

Mr. Gallup has info on this as well.  His staff is always at your disposal.
