Amazing, isn't it, that it has eluded release on CD?

It took me YEARS to get a mint copy of the LP, and I wouldn't part with it for anything!

I must say, I don't really understand the young actor's work ethic in LA and never have, although it's much worse now than before.  But then again, the young actor ethic in NY as regards the NYMF showcase code is also baffling and not something I understand at all.  Certainly wasn't that way in MY day.

I actually had my mastering engineer transfer my LP so it sounds just pristine now - like tape.

I checked Travelocity and found some flights that give me around an hour or more to catch the cpnnecting flight (connects in Fort Worth), and I am not checking baggage.

MBarnum, I don't know about anyone else, but I always want at least an hour between flights. That way if there is a short delay you can usually still make your connection. And they usually start boarding about 30 minutes or so before take off, so an hour is really 30 minutes, if that makes any sense. Denver isn't that bad. It's pretty big, but not bad to get around even if you have to take the rail to another terminal

Thankfully, my copy of The Sailor Who Fell From Grace From The Sea is right off the master tape - another gorgeous score.

I had a bowl of vanilla ice cream with Hershey's syrup on it for lunch just now---it seemed the only logical thing to do!

I will say that if we ever get around to recording the new Guy Haines CD (we've sort of chosen a lot of the material and discussed the arrangements and such), he will absolutely be singing Close Enough For Love from Agatha.

Probably fast, if any one of our eighteen GUESTS would get off their butt cheeks and join in the merriment and mirth and laughter and legs.

So...

What the frell does Gov. Spitzer's inevitable resignation have to do with the inevitable criminal charges against him?  The news people are positioning his resignation as a bargaining chip in the upcoming legal dealings. ????

Well, he was a prosecutor, so there's a chance they may say resignation is punishment enough. He is, after all, one of them.  Cynical, yes but I've been doing this kind of work too long to think otherwise.  On the other hand, he's a democrat, so criminal charges could be forth coming from this administration.

Just Tell Sherlock that he is An Actor Dog and His Role is A SAINT BERNARD. Should Work?

Well, he does do all sorts of tricks, and half the people out there think he is a Saint Bernard, so he could work. ;)

Jack Daniels could also work.

Is enjoying the services of a prostitute a misdemeanor?

It's warm enough here today to have the windows open. I came home a little early because of not feeling so hot and opened the window for the cats.  Soon after I did that my neigbhor delivered my girl scout cookies. Yum. I may have to take a box to my mom as a hostess gift.

I don't believe enjoyment is an element of the offense  ;)

Hey, wait a minute!  "THE new Guy Haines CD"?? Is this the possible new Kritzerland release that you mentioned but haven't really talked about or officially announced yet??

DR Laura what makes it a felony and makes it federal is that he supplied a train ticket for the prostitute to cross state lines and go from NYC to DC for purposes of sexual activity.   That's a violation of the Mann Act and I believe it's a felony, maybe it's a misdemeanor, but I don't think so. What started the investigation is the structuring of cash withdrawals from a bank account in order to avoid having the bank file a cash transaction report with the IRS.  This is definintely a federal felony. I have a client facing the same charges at this very moment

I guess I don't understand the cash withdrawal from your own bank account part of it.

Of course, being a lawyer, he would understand the circumstances under which withdrawing money would be a felony.

No, the Guy album has been in the works for some time.  The hopeful good news is about another project.

DR Ron Pulliam, so as not to confuse, DB stands for Dear Brother in this case. Last night I had posted that my brother Jeff was heading to Afghanistan for 3 weeks of looking at damns, thus DR Jane's vibeage.

Dear Brother Allen is the Fed Ex Driver.
