First off, it makes me laugh to know that I've got people calling around for Dippin' Dots. I don't know WHY that makes me laugh, but it does.

Secondly...what the heck is a Graftling? Is that like a Hainesie/Kimlet, but for Randy Graff instead?

Thirdly...I just woke up from a nap. Why do I do this to myself? It's 10:00 and I just woke up and I still haven't had dinner!

Dear reader BEEKAY, you should not run away like that!
We need your feedback and this site needs more "foreigners" too! :D

SWW – Maybe I missed the announcement, but where are you going to be working?  When is your first day?  Will you be working days or evenings?  Enquiring minds want to know….
I start on Monday.  Most days I'll be working afternoons and evenings.  The important days are the weekends, of course, since Rehoboth is a resort town and that's when most people drive in.  Somehow, I've got Friday off, which is nice.

Sorry, Jose, no word on discounts yet.

Anyone going to see COMPANY with Judith Light, Sharon Lawrence, and Deborah Gibson at the Freud in Santa Monica?
Which one is playing Bobby?

I thought they did away with Emmy juries last year and also this year. Did they do away with them in some categories and keep them in others? Very confusing.

Argh! It's just the hottest day of the year here, and my central air unit has malfunctioned. When I turned it on late this afternoon, I heard this horrible clattering sound, ran outside thinking a tree branch was hitting the fan, and lo and behold it was part of the apparatus (wires wrapped in a rubber sort of tubing) that was hanging down into the fan. Naturally I had to turn it off, and now can't get it worked on until Monday. Highs for Saturday and Sunday in the 90s.

This unit is only 3 years old and I have had to call someone out for the last two years due to leaking freon or a bad coil last summer. Talk about petty annoyances! BK's traumas must be contagious even over here on the East Coast!  :-\

I don't watch enough daytime TV for the Emmys to matter all that much, but it was interesting seeing who was there to pick up an Emmy and who didn't show up.

[spoiler]

Among the no-shows: Bob Barker and Wayne Brady.

More on Bounce:...The credits are also curious - a) Ariel Tepper helped fund the recording, b) there are two producers listed, and then a strange credit below that says "Sessions produced by".  Don't think I understand that one at all.
Psychotherapy sessions.
