So long Larry.

That sounds like a title of something. Not the kind of title for Larry's Friday VCR masterpieces, but a title, nonetheless.

Hi everybody.  Thanks for the travel vibes.

And not that anybody may be trying to reach me, but as of 9:30 a.m. New York time through Memorial Day, pleeeeeeeease don't try to reach me via the internet or email.  Phone is the only way a message will get to me, but execpt when I'm on the plane, I'll be checking phone messages as regularly as an Ex-lax salesman on Metamucil.

BK, when Job's Harpie stops tormenting Elmore she may pay Studio City a visit and introduce a cootie plague.

Then you'll know all about fine tooth combs.

I love that SONG!!!

My question for ASK BK day.....I usually just struggle along and sing a song in whatever key it starts in.....but as I was driving last night and singing along with a CD, I realized that I had found my key.

In what key does Mr Guy Haines sing "Chinese Food in Bed"?

Idle Idol observations:

Both the contestants have a fan-following that would not have been swayed one way or another by last night's performance.

Most folks not previously committed would most likely have been won over by David A.

If I were going to a concert, I'd pick David C. over David A.

If I were buying an album, I'd pick David A. over David C.

If it were a contest between Bono and Harry Connick, Jr, for whom would America vote?

der Brucer

And concerning Simon's comments: I suspect for every viewer who follows his opinion there is one who will deliberately vote the other way, and of course, no matter what:

If David A. wins, it will be because Simon praised him.
If David C. wins, it will be because Simon praised his opponent.

I don't want to tempt anyone.

But if you want to know who is going to win AMERICAN IDOL tonight, click here (so you won't have to watch).

It looks like there is a clearcut winner:

Very nice book jacket. How fortunate you were there at the right times to get the photos you wanted.

On tv for me tonight:

IDOL finale.

LIFE.

MAKE ME SUPERMODEL (starts here, if that is the correct title??).

I think i will record the finale of CRIMINAL INTENT (even though i don't watch very often).

BOSTON LEGAL (finale).

And i will record the LOST episodes (in case there is any interesting comments in the enhanced version).
