Velveeta Rarebit, or as my babysitter used to call it, good old Welsh Rabbit, served with thick slices of raw tomato.

I'm here at Chelsea Studios taking advantage of the free wireless while he takes a dance class. It's he who should be taking advantage of the free wireless so he gets used to using the computer before he heads off to Wisconsin. It's not hard to figure out but since we don't have wireless at home he needs to know how to log on and off, etc. He has a little more than a month to play with the laptop and wireless so he has time.

George, I watched THE LADY IN QUESTION IS CHARLES BUSCH a couple of weeks ago.  I enjoyed it, but I felt it could have been cut by about ten minutes.

TCB,  he will leave sometime around July 31st. He has to be in Fort Atkinson by August 3rd. Rehearsal starts August 4th. It depends on how long he wants to space out the drive. He could do it in a day but that's too much so he's thinking of leaving on July 31 or August 1

It's some kind of Disney open audition day here at Chelsea and both floors are teeming with children wanting to be the next whoever. There are also many many parents.

And I'm sitting on the floor with the computer. My leg is falling asleep so I will move again to wake it up.

Well, I get to go over to my office building, park in the unlit parking garage, stumble around in the dark to find the elevators and then go up to my darkened floor to find my photo layout from the ad agency that I forgot yesterday at work.  I have outof town visitors who wanted to see the photos at dinner tomorrow.

I haven't watched it all the way through (yet)...I just fast forwarded through it and made fairly random chapter breaks.  I watched the section on "Vampire Lesbians of Sodom" because Theater Artists Olympia did it last year.  It was hysterical! ;D

And now, I must shower, shave, dress and go to work for a few hours.  After that, I will probably go to a local production of "The Beauty Queen of Leenane."  My friend Kim is playing the daughter.

Or I might see Theater Artists Olympia's production of "The Tempest."  It's set in the future with Star Trek uniforms and phasers and my friend Pug (her real name is Charlotte, but she prefers Pug...and she has directed the three TAO shows that I've been in) is playing Prospero.  It should be very interesting, to say the least. ;)

Hello, everyone.

I had a hellish week--Friday the 13th started on Monday for me. I won't go into the gory details, but I'm still feeling stressed from it all. I tried to post here yesterday, but Windows decided to shut itself down. I took that as not a good omen.

Marvelous Matt is here again, repairing the walls and ceilings from one of the two major leaks, as well as doing some restoration to my wood floors. Thankfully, it's Matt doing the work; I don't think I could bear to put up with anyone else at this point.

I caught up on yesterday's posts, but that is all. So,
JRAND, add me to your list of CD purchasers.
Recovery vibes to GINNY.
Congrats to JOSE.

My brain is mush, so that is all.

Back from various and sundried errands, but she of the Evil Eye is still working so I'll probably leave again.

I am back from Toyland and an orchestration session with a friend from Encores! to find a loverly email from Gregg Edelman and in today's mail  a card, including a Cleveland Rocks coaster, from our DR Ginny!

I think I may do a bit of work now on the Daniel Rodriguez chart before I watch the rest of Zigeunerbaron.

Just a question and need some information:  If we did decide to see the revival of South Pacific which is currently sold out for the week we are there, for information purposes, would it be best to use the concierge at the hotel or go through an online ticket broker?  And if the answer is the ticket broker which one would be the better ones, if any?

Good Afternoon!

Well...  My friend who invited me to the Tony Awards dress rehearsal tomorrow morning, just invited me to go to some pre-Tony cocktail reception tonight as well as a performance of August: Osage County.  -It's one of those VISA/Tony Awards packages.  He was actually going to treat his mother to all the fun and festivities this weekend, but she, apparently, at the last minute decided just to go to the awards ceremony, so...
