Well, thank you, Ron. Admittedly, I'm used to independence and privacy. I really didn't expect anyone to miss me and thought that leaving word with Sing would cover it, especially since I've been so irregular lately, anyway. (there's a set-up for a joke.)

I'll keep this in mind in the future.

I've been trying to budget-check an invoice for two hours. Nothing works. Nothing.

I've submitted it to a higher power for a look-see to determine what I "might" have overlooked. (Heaven forfend!).

Due to storm damage I took it off the market. The roof is now repaired and Marvelous Matt has almost completed the interior repairs. We worked around my roofer, who does fine work but I never know when he'll show up. Clearly, we could only work around him for so long. He had said to me, "You ought to sell your house and move!" "Yes, Danny, but I can't relist until the damage has been repaired and you're Step #1."

I expect to relist in a couple weeks--and with a different agent.
