Kerry, are you feeling any better?

Yes-- day by day.  If i behave until the cast comes off, I'll do well.  Luckily, DRLaura and a few others remind me often to stay off my leg and to take it easy,

I know how you feel, DR JRand57.  When I played Frid the unflappable butler in Annie, I got a great laugh by stepping over an orphan without missing a stride.  But when the dear little moppet forgot her blocking and didn't position herself correctly...laugh lost.

No, I was spending time with BK, then went to UCLA.

Perhaps Unguentine didn't get as much press in LA as in did where you were.

Since BK used it as the subject du jour I'm pretty sure it must have had some exposure in LA.

I'm sure there are things you recall from the 60s that won't register for me, either.  :D

Well, in the late 60's I was in Palos Verdes.    :)

Before that, I was the proverbial gleam in my father's eye, I suppose...

Perhaps!

Or perhaps, in my case, a glance askew?    :P

As soon as Unguantine came to me, I googled it spelled the way I'm spelling it, and I got lots of hits spelled that way, including one for Walgreen's carrying of the product.  Are we sure it isn't spelled both ways - if not, I'll change the spelling.

The Small Back Room is a great film, one of my favorite of the Powell and Pressburger films.  There is a scene on a beach that is one of the most suspenseful in all film, and was clearly the model for the 70s film Juggernaut, also a very good film.

That's only because I'm mentally challenged and can't actually figure (despite much advice and instructions) how to load a real picture.
Besides, I kind of look like the guy mowing his lawn (except for the lack of hair on my part).

JMK- I know nothing about Craig's List, so how and where did you list your 100 DVDs for sale?  I'm thinking of getting rid of stuff - it's just too too much here and some of it I will never ever watch again.
