Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

Good morning.  Kind of ugly here this morning.  Where is the Bay Area summer?

Into the Woods has begun.  Very talented cast.  It's going to be a good time.

TOD - anything chicken, I'd love to see some good recipes and such.  What part of the chicken is the medallion or the nugget anyway?

I know that doesn't exactly answer DR Matthew's question, but wasn't that fun, anyway?  :)

I should see about rousing der B.  I do want to get to the Farmer's Market today.

Do the best things really happen while you're dancing?

Does anyone know if Salman Rushdie can sing?

Because maybe Skip and DR FJL can get Barbara Walters to produce their show in a new production.  For Barbara and Salman, the title would only have to be altered slightly - thus:

THE LAST STAH FATWAH

Or, if you get Bogdanovich to direct:

THE LAST STAR PICTURE FIGHTER SHOW...

It kind of depends on the dance.

I can't think of anything happening during a minuet.

Der Brucer doesn't want to go to the Farmer's Market because he's vegetating.

Oh, good, he's figured out that I really do want to go to the market.

It's one of the few times I get to get out of the house, for one thing, other than going to work.

I'd better get myself cleaned up.

Back from a two-mile plus jog.  This new route is more fun, scenery-wise, but a lot of it is slightly uphill, which makes it more difficult.

Wrong time of year for it, but once the cooler/colder months settle in, then it's coq au vin for me. Pick your recipe; as far as I'm concerned, just make sure that you have a tougher chicken (the bigger/older the better), a palatable wine (don't need the expensive stuff, but something palatable), and time (barely simmer, don't boil this one, and it'll taste even better reheated the next day)

Yep.  Sometimes it's hard to find an old cock.

But the promo in Saving Grace is :45 seconds, so you do get a little extra information that the regular ones don't have...

Still, not sure it's worth it!

There is nothing worth waiting for in that piece of crap show, and I think it's really annoying of TNT to try to force THE CLOSER to carry that albatross around its proverbial neck.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful; I really don't.  My company allows Domestic Partners to tag onto the employee's health benefits, which is great and which is a luxury many are not afforded.

And yet...

The value of those benefits are taxed.  And they are not taxed for married couples.  And now that we're married, I feel they shouldn't be taxed for me, either.

So I'm filing an appeal within the system.

Maybe I should hire one of our illustrious HHW attorneys?
