I'm back from lunch with my friend, Lisa. We did indeed dine at
Risotteria, and the food was wonderful(!). We almost went with one of the gluten-free pasta specials - Tuesdays are gluten-free pasta days, but then decided to steer ourselves to the restaurants namesake and ordered risotto.
The first one was their shiitake, green beans and corn risotto, and the second one was composed of shrimp, roasted peppers and spinach. Truly delicious food. And their gluten-free breadsticks - which are now quite famous nationally - are still so good that it's hard to believe that they don't contain and wheat flour/gluten.
