For my viewing tonight, I'm skipping the one hour recap of HEROES. I'll have the DVR record the show beginning at 9 and around 9:40 or so, I'll start watching. I should catch up to the show in real-time near the end of the broadcast.

Sadly i did not really enjoy the emmys too much last night. A lot of the people i wanted to win did not win.

And there were so many commercials. I read almost an entire book during the commercials!

I'll be working as hard as I can today to finish up CSI: NY. I have five episodes to go plus whatever bonus features are on the remaining two discs.

I watched about 60 seconds of the Emmys, catching the Laugh-In reunion, which, to me anyway, was kind of sad.  Alan Sues did not look human, IMHO.

I also noticed that the DVR had picked up the Starz broadcast of that Michael Caine-Jude Law version of SLEUTH. Don't know when I'll get to it, but I will be watching it at some point, just to see how wildly a remake can go wrong.

I know there are a bunch of people here who watch GHOST WHISPERER.

I don't like to read plot spoilers. But i accidently came across a piece of info (major spoiler) and my sister mentioned that Ausiello had done a big story on it. So here is the link.

It is a huge spoiler re: the show. But if you are a fan you might want to be prepared for this. It is big.

If you're having lunch at 8:20, when do you have breakfast?

Pogue, how great you saw Hostile Witness on the stage.  Yes, the opening up and all that nonsense in the first twenty minutes was a bore.  Much better idea to have a lawyer walk on and say he's about to be arrested for murder.  BTW, there were two other actors in the film who you saw on tour - the person who turns out to be the murderer, and the dotty friend who provides the alibi - both originated the roles on B'way.

I watched the final four episodes of last season yesterday afternoon/evening on MOJO in HD!  Thrilling.  I had forgotten SO MUCH and it was all very intense.

I'm very eager to see tonight's season premiere.
