I am most definitely about to fall asleep, so I will say good night.

"Good night."

Today, I plan to do very little.  My back has been hurting me and I haven't had much time to do nothing and let it get better.  As Mame says, "It's Today!" ;D

And that would be "good night" to DR George as he is the only DR here at the moment!

Good Morning!

I'm up!  I'm up!  And now I must get back in the car for another trek up to Poughkeepsie.  I will be heading back tonight, so until then...

Is scarab as sacred as crab?

If a scarab was made of a chocolate-like substance, would it be a carab scarab?

It is raining here in Rehoboth.  We are going to have a busy day at work.  (The two events seem to happen hand-in-hand.  Next thing you know, they'll be smooching in public and causing a scandal.)

DRJANE - I am so glad you enjoyed the Annette clip.  It's from Thunder Alley which seems to be a sort of remake of Fireball 500....sort of.  Both of these movies are featured on a Midnite Movie DVD from MGM and when you watch them both, it's like.....which movie is this again?

Did we note the passing of Arthur Franz (Invaders from Mars & Flight to Mars) on June 16th?

Good morning, all!  I got to sleep in a bit because my niece Alison, who came by this weekend from Tennessee to see her grandfather, brought her young son Chase over to meet me.  He's two and just adorable.  My brother Tom called from the hospital to say that my Dad will not be released today or tomorrow:  more tests to be run.  The it may be the food yesterday is helping.

I've been getting from my niece because I don't email her enough, so I resolve to change that situation.

I will now go visit a bit and head for the hospital.

I thought that the title of today's notes had to do with sign language when I first saw it.

Sunday morning greetings!  Had a lovely sleep-in, 'til 8:45, saw Richard off to church and am now about to get ready for my drive to Cleveland.  I'm going today for a midday meeting tomorrow at the Foundation Center.  Tonight=dinner with a librarian friend at Bahama Breeze, which is right next to my  hotel.

Good morning!

It's in the high 70s here but isn't supposed to go much beyond 82 or 83 today which should make for a beautiful June day.

The usual Sunday chores will keep me in the house for much of the day, and I also have a lineup on things I want to watch also.

Watching CHARLIE CHAN IN SHANGHAI the other day, I couldn't help noticing a very young Jon Hall as one of the supporting cast. But his name was nowhere in the credits. Then it dawned on me that he's billed as Charles Locher. I guess that's his real name, or was at the time.

Finally got to sleep till nine.  Very nice.  I don't believe family bizness should take precedence over hearing new BK songs, do you, PennyO?  I mean, where are your priorities?

It's just The Pogue and I right now.
