Karen was one of the first people I went to - Nancy Dussault, too. They both were going to be gone for most of the summer, so maybe next year.

Very warm here in Tacoma. The Taste of Tacoma is in full swing, and I have discovered that the half-naked young men across the street have an extremely high tolerance to beer.

Had an ecclectic evening of video material. I started off with another episode of THE CLOSER. Only two more left in the set.

Next came an episode of CSI from the Season 1 set. I haven't watched any of these in quite a while, so I thought it'd be fun to see what everyone looked like and acted like back during the show's first season. Very interesting.

Then came CHARLIE CHAN IN PARIS. ENjoyable mystery, and as I got towqrd the end, it dawned on me that I had seen this one before many years ago. Transfer quality about on par with the others. OK without being sterling. But again, I'm so happy to have them that I'll make no complaints.
