To keep it healthy as it grows back I hope you won't need to blow it dry, just put something on it for body & let it dry naturally.

With as hot as it is and as short as my hair is now, I'll be sweating before the towel comes off my head.    ;D

I would hate to have tipped in the cold waters of Alaska, not that I want to tip in the warm waters of the Caribbean. ;D

Since my boss didn't get back in time, we have to go into Tampa tomorrow to get that package for the conference.

I really don't want to go but I guess it is a must.

They are talking about starting four 10 hour work days now.  You have your choice as to if you want to stay with the same 8 hour/5 days or the 4/10.  I'm not sure which to pick.  I don't think I could do the 4/10 with Mom but it would sure make life nice.

Any doctor appointments could be made for Friday and I'd still have the weekend to do the chores and have a day to relax.

On the other hand, I don't like leaving Mom and the dogs alone for so many hours.

Well, I hate to go but if I have to do the lawn in the morning and then go downtown with my boss in the afternoon, I'd better hit the sack.

Have a good evening all!   Thank you for the good wishes.  I'm sure they had something to do with the good outcome.  :)

If you choose the 4/10 & it is too difficult can you go back to the 8/5?

I'm not sure.  Sometimes the county gets funny on stuff and if you pick something your stuck with it forever.

TOD:

My book group has an August tradition of reading a book, having a potluck dinner, and watching the movie adaptation of the book.

We've done this so far:...

Hmmm.. no "World According to Garp" or "Cider House Rules"?

The title of my next book:

"Ann Coulter, the Whore of Babylon & Other Supreme Bitches."

I may agree to a musical version of it.

My Sweetheart!

Put in a request for something from "Chess" at the local piano bar - the waiter who responded. quite elegantly, is the understudy for Judas on the new National tour of "Superstar". I hope I can get the Grandlads to wathc the Movie, with hopes they'll like the music! (It worked for "Joseph"!)

-Oh!  Any chance you got the name of the waiter?  I played some of the final rounds of auditions for the new tour of "Superstar", and they had some pretty phenomenal voices in the running.

Good Evening!

A friend of mine ended up catching me online earlier, and wanted to know if I had had dinner yet.  Since I didn't, we met up at John's Pizzeria in The Village.  Sooo good as always.  *And  I have to say the pricing structure at the Village location is much "nicer" than the one up on 44th.  -Heck, even the large pizzas are just $2.00 more than the small/mediums.

...And for dessert, a cup of gelato from Cones.  1/2 dark chocolate, 1/2 dulce de leche.

Tonight's episode of "America's Most Wanted" featured Phoenix's two serial killers. They have been attacking for a year, but it just hit the news a couple weeks ago. Interestingly, there have been no attacks since the story hit the news.
