here's a pic of what I shot, but I didn't take the pic...we're still stuck using beta tapes here. No fun digital formats.

SACCO AND VANZETTI is not dead.  Sacco and Vanzetti is not dead.  And, "Sacco and Vanzetti" is not dead.

However, Sacco and Vanzetti are dead.

Please don't ask about my retrospective....
If we do, will we be subjected to back-talk?

Jhvw-Thanks for the photo, even if it isn’t the one you took.  It looks as if there is a lot of wide open, very white, flat space behind the church.

I've been watching "Top Chef."  Who is this bitchy editor who seems to possess nothing but an Allison Hayes sneer and a really bad attitude.  Can we say abrasive?

It may get to -16 tonight. Burr. It hasn't been that cold here since 1999, can you tell I'm watching the weather?

It will be -20 to -25 here

We have returned from a lovely dinner at Olive Garden - both of us brought home our lunches for tomorrow.  Before dinner we went to Target and bought ourselves an early wedding anniversary (it's Wednesday) present - a new combo VCR/DVD player.  We've been having to watch DVDs on the computers since Christmas Eve, which works fine but the chairs aren't very comfortable.

...and remember that last year we saw Jonathan Pryce's Broadway opening in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels!

No "Top Chef" watchers?  It's my new "Project Runway" addiction.

I just had some loverly Chinese food: shrimp & pork dumplings (yum!) and shrimp with garlic sauce, and I have to edit a score now.  So much for the glamorous life!

..or a shot of the ol' agave juice ain't bad either...thanks! I'll take that as a compliment as long as you mean my postings and not the way I look...I get a kick out of all of you, too, especially how so many of the HHWayers like to talk about food (but they learned from the master, Mr. BK himself) -- I mean, an afternoon of postings about Russian dressing?  What a hoot!

Back from rehearsal, and a meeting at the theater, and a yummilicious luncheon at Islands (oh, them fries).  Whatever shall I watch this evening.  Don't forget the Golden Globes.

Hey Mr. Man ~ You never did answer my afternoon posting/question (I think you logged off before I could get it posted or either your're ignoring me) about your photo and how you look so much like Charlie Brown.  Are you guys related?  And that curl -- natural or  perm?

Is that with the chill factor or does it feel colder?

How long does it take you to layer on all your clothes before going out?   ;D

Good Evening!

"Golden Globes" report - So far, so good.  Some DRs will be VERY happy with at least one or two of the winners so far.

-And the dresses seem to be beautiful and tasteful so far.

I’m going to attempt to downsize a photo of Sherlock onto my laptop and post it.  The laptop doesn’t have the same software as the main computer so I’m not sure I have the skill to do this.

Wow!  Post Number 5951! How far I have fallen.  I remember when I was one of the top five posters.  It is all because they won't let us post at work anymore.

Damn!  I need to quit my job.
