DR Danise. There is no one way or approach that is right for every situation. You will have to trust your instincts. It sounds like you are doing the right thing. It will be difficult, but you have your own strength, plus the vibes and support of many who care for and about you.

I've eaten my steak, which was quite yummilicious in the extreme. I sauteed up some mushrooms and onions and dumped them on top. I'm through proofing for the day (did about forty pages) and am now happily sitting on my couch like so much stuffed fish, watching a motion picture on DVD.

DR Danise, I just wish that I could be there with you now, so that you could have a shoulder to lean on whenever you need it. Fortuantely, that is the thing that the people of Hospice do so well. Listen to them Danise, and learn from them. But always remember that they are standing in for all of us here who love you and send you our prayers.

I'm going home now to watch regular TV. I will also need to move some (all??) of the boxes out of my living room into my garage so that my parents and a friend of theirs that they've known for more than 35 years can visit tomorrow. I'm such a procrastinator and I always do things (especially like this) at the last minute. $:-\$
