The rest of it was going to be my cut for coming up with the idea...  ;D

Okay, so I have no mathematical talent either... :'(

So what if your math is off a tad -- it's still a brilliant plan ... I'll share my box of chocolates with you any day (and tell FJL to write YOU an ode)

Who would'a thunk it? ... tsk, tsk, sad but true ...  I think we should fill his box with PMs, maybe that will get him out of his lurking funk ...

I'm in for a $100 share...

Let's see ...
Airfare to NYC from LA (Round Trip)  for Boo-Key
Room and board for a month in NYC for Boo-Key
$100 share in The Brain
Airfare and Hotel for parental units to come to NYMF

Chance to see The Brain and Boo-Key on a stage in NYC -- Priceless!

Hey everyone.  It's been awhile yet again, and I'm so sorry for being e&t.  Nice to see a few old DR's back in the fold and sorry to hear about local boy Pulliam becoming a lurker, I hope that doesn't last long.

Been doing the vocal end of a theatre camp here in the bay area and having quite a jolly time.  It's  long days though, with camp (7 hours) and then rehearsal (for Beauty and the Beast) in the evening.  Beauty opens next Friday.

The DP is back in Pennsylvania as we speak visiting family and looking for locations for our bakery.  Unfortunately, he's been plagued with a stomach "thing" and hasn't had a lot of energy to get out there and look around.  He's done a little though, and there are some prospects, but we'll have to say.  D-day is Ocotber 10, so hopefully there be some good news by then.

Other than that, it's nice to be here again.

Well, it's off to the the-uh-tuh!  I have to go home first to get my costume.  I washed several pieces last night and boy, did they need it! ::)

Have a good evening, all!

I have my camera with me, so I'll ask if someone(s) can take some pictures.  I don't know if I can get pictures of all four of my costumes, but we'll see. :)

Good Evening!

Don't see the new movie, "1408".  Don't see it.  I mean it.  Bad, bad, bad, bad.  Boring, boring, boring, boring.  Whoever thought John Cusack could carry this sort of movie?  And I'm betting that the Stephen King short story on which this movie was based is shorter than the screenplay for the this movie.

So...

Before the movie, DR Jason and I did make a stop at Garrett Popcorn for some popcorn.  He got a bag of "The Mix" (half Caramel Crisp, half cheese), and I got a small bag of the Caramel Crisp with nuts (almonds, pecans, and macadamias).

And then we headed to the movies...

After the movie that shall not be mentioned, we headed over to The Edison Hotel to sup at the Edison Cafe.  Always a good basic meal, if not a stellar one. Oh...

Then it was off to our respective theatres.  I decided to do a quick run through of the Key 2 book again since I won't have that much time tomorrow to review it before the show since I'll be playing rehearsal before the matinee.  I went over my three "little heart attacks", and I feel much better about them now than I did earlier in the week.

And then on the way out of the theatre, I ran into a dear old friend from DC.  He was my Baker in Into the Woods at Signature (the first time they did it), and we always just seem to run into each other every now and then.  Alas, I believe the last time we ran into each other was about three years ago.  He's currently in The Lion King here in NYC, but he'll be heading back to the tour in the fall.  In the meantime, we'll hopefully be able to sit down for a bit and get caught up.  :)

I promise not to see 1408, at least not at a theater.  If Keith decides to rent it  I will keep him company.  If it's as bad as you say I doubt we will be watching for long.

Only if "Ratatouille" is sold out for the next three showings... Well, on second thought.. Then go see "Transformers" or "Evan Almighty".

Don't even rent "1408".  -And I suspect it will be on DVD in about four ro six weeks if not sooner.
