:)

WeHowever, their almond croissant was quite wonderful.  Besides being topped with a generous crust of almonds, and filled with marzipan, there was also a layer of almond pastry cream i

Oh my g-d, that sounds heavenly!  Most often almond croissants barely have any marzipan in them.

The website looks tasty.

DR Cason - Did you bring your "book" with you this trip? If so, I'm playing a few calls over the next couple of weeks that you might be right for, so...

Ah, OK.  And where was tonight's "al fresco"?

Well, let me double-check my schedule just to make sure I'm not double-booking myself.  -Which has happened once or twice or thrice over the past few weeks to me - which is actually quite unusual for me.  Color me cautious.

Tonight was just a rehearsal for tomorrow's "al fresco."  We have one tomorrow at around 1:30 and then another one on Saturday, about 3 or 4 hours before our opening night.

Well today is eat a DQ Bilzzard and 10% of the price goes to The Children's Miracle Network....I guess this means it's my duty to sacrifice by eating a blizzard....I should do it for the children....yeah, yeah that's the ticket

I saw a sign for this at the local DQ here.  I, too, must do my bit...for the children. :)

I did - and I figure if there are any songs that I might need otherwise, I could swing by a library and photocopy (thank goodness for that).  I'd be more than happy to just happen to be in the same audition room with you.

Cool.  Well, after you get through your opening weekend, we can talk.  *And if you do happen to need some music, I should be able to help you out.

Yeah, I felt a little out of the loop today...I was riding back up to Times Square with a couple of my female castmates and they were discussing their agents and some calls they are going on while they are here, and I just felt kind of silly - seeing as how I neither have an agent nor any calls that I was going on (maybe that might change...).

Well, now that I've finally caught up, it's time for me to leave.  I have to mow my sister's backyard. :P Fortunately, part of it's already been mowed, so I don't have to do the whole thing...it's a pretty big yard.  Have a good evening, all!

Well, the Fringe does "al fresco" things - where for a two or three hour block of time, a certain number of shows get 7 minutes to do a number or a scene and hand out stuff, publicize, etc.

Yeah - just let me know which show you'd like to come to and we can hold a ticket or three.  :)

My macaroni & cheese recipe is from the Ratner’s cook book.  Who has eaten at the Ratner’s (vegetarian) deli?  Keith purchased the cook book years ago after eating there, I have yet to have the pleasure.

Fog City Diner http://www.fogcitydiner.com/ in San Francisco used to have a delicious macaroni & cheese.  Their website shows ham in it, I don’t remember ham.

Not unless you are video taping THE BRAIN, because I won't be in New York.

Well, you'll have to come to town for the Off-Broadway run - or Broadway, I won't be picky... ;)

Yes, but I figure that by the time I get to the Broadway or Off-Broadway production; you will have left to do the movie and I will be stuck seeing Zack Efron in the role of Zubrick.

Oh man, how Heather would hate hearing that...well, the Zac Efron part, at least.

In my professional capacity as a nonprofit outreach librarian, I consider it my duty to engage in "product philanthropy" endeavors, but the DQ Blizzard tie-in totally got past me today.  Darn, I missed a great excuse to eat ice cream!

Cason, no need to worry about agents - you will be seen by everyone, and not as a stand by, in a leading role in a show you are perfect for and have already done to acclaim.  And that's all I'll say.
