Unfortunately, my casting guy is in sessions all day, so he can't leave another "you have until five" message, which is what I want to do.  I may ask my GM to do it right now.

Would your Grand Mother do that for you?

I'm sorry a Aneurysm would put us over budget, but we could manage a Clot.

I hope BK know that, or my chances of playing Fred are nil.

Good luck finding it DR George.  I just made it up, because I can.

Fine...be that way, then. :P

George, when you go to Capital tonight, find out when, next season, they are doing Sweeney Todd.  I understand they are bringing in Jarrod Emick to play Sweeney.

Click HERE.  All will become known. :)

I auditioned for their season, but I haven't heard anything from them. >:( Dammit.

And yes, they're bringing Jarrod Emick to Olympia to play Sweeney Todd.

I found a Broadway music channel on my on-demand music stations. I always forget about them, they're so high up on the dial. They also have triva bits during the song.

They just played "My Name it is Aldolpho". I didn't know Danny Burstein was married to Rebecca Luker.

I bet she doesn't have to ask *his* permission to drive into Manhattan to do a show!

I am selling one of my Barry Bonds rookie cards to the highest bidder that I bought when I was in Jr. High School.  I, for one, do not believe that Barry took steroids at any point in his career and believe he will be in the Hall of Fame someday. Attached is a copy of the card.

Now they're playing "Show Off" with Georgia girl Sutton Foster and they're showing pictures of the DROWSY pit band.

I wonder if they have any pictures of our DR Jose on file?

Edi - Additional trivia bit:  Rebecca Luker met Danny Burstein while they were both appearing in Skip's show Time and Again at the Old Globe in San Diego.

And I feel the same about all most of you!  Unfortnately, that offers no antidote to depression or grief or other awful emotions to which we may be prone.

Sad but true or you would be one of the most cheerful people on this planet. :)

Thankfully my courier story has a happy ending. Although no thanks to them.

I had sent an envelope yesterday with Purolator via canada post. It was guaranteed next day delivery by noon. Now when i placed the order i said the envelope absolutey had to get there by noon. And if their service was not reliable they should tell me and i would send it some other way.

Well of course they said it was guaranteed.

Anyhow early this morning i called canada post and the guy on the phone said that there were no followup details. Meaning other the system was not updated. Or something was wrong.

Well something didn't sit right with me. So i called purolator directly. And their computer said that the plane had had some problems and had to emergency land somewhere else. And that until the envelope was entered into the system there, there was nothing they could do.

Needless to say this did not make me happy. If you think BK gets annoyed at people. I really cannot put up with crap.

What made it worse was the agent said that when they have problems like this the parcel is always put on rush and would go out tomorrow (saturday).

This did not make me happy. But it could have worked.

They told me to call back later to see if it was updated.

Well since i did not believe they would deliver on saturday. And since they had no idea where the package was i decided to take matters into my own hands and send the item by another means.

So the person got it.

But (and here's the funny part). So i call back purolator at 4:30pm and i think they have located the package. And it will be delivered monday.  I said, "first off that will do me no good". and "second i was told all mistakes were put on priority to go out saturday".

Apparently that is not entirely true (which really annoyed me).

I told them to put a note in the file to not deliver it and just send it back to me since time was crucial.

And guess what. The guy had the nerve to tell me that although i would get my money back for the shipment, i would have to pay to have it returned.

They must be joking, right? :)

Apparently that is their policy. Although there is no chance i will be paying for it. He said i could fight it. But really they are going to get an earful from me.

Somebody said from a reliable source that neil is in.

Last night some people were saying lauren and danny are out. But apparently that is not true.

Now some people are saying it is lauren and pasha who are out. I actually think this is totally fair.

DR JENNIFER - I feel your courier pain....and all they say is "You get your money back....."

I hope you tell everyone you know WHAT company it was.

Yah it is pathetic that that is what they consider just.

I don't think it was really their fault.

But it certainly is their fault that they are telling people different things (i.e., one person tells me it will go out priority sat and another says only monday).

I have dealt with canada post before (not sure if i have to go through them). I think so since i paid them. But they are usually fair. One other time when a thing was guaranteed for a certain amount of days (and arrived late). They paid both for the original item and the replacement.

But this time i will probably add up extra fees incured (that seem reasonable). Just to see if they will pay them back.

From Bruce
Quote
Marnie was celebrated only in retrospect.  On its release it was one of the most critically lambasted of all Hitchcock films and audiences hated every minute of it.  In those days, I was literally one of its only supporters.

I liked it very much, still did last time I watched it.
