Back from Joe Allen.  Prior to arriving, I visited Marty Cooper at Colony Records and we had a nice chat and I was happy to see several Kritzerland CDs in prominent places.

Saturday night at Joe Allen?  Dead.  Very few people and we hung around until ten-thirty.  But, I had something new - a pulled pork sandwich that was faboo.  Also had a shrimp cocktail and Caesar salad.  We split some cookies and ice cream for dessert.

I am glad I stopped in in time to see the avatar change!

Now back to my next Bollywood movie...PHIR HERA PHERI (2006), the sequel to the comedy hit HERA PHERI. Stars two of my favorite Indian actors Akshay Kumar and Sunil Shetty.

I don't think AMC beginning going downhill after it dropped REMEMBER WENN.  I never renewed my subscription to the their magazine & slowly began watching fewer & fewer shows & movies.  Up until then I had been addicted to AMC.

I think it started going downhill when it stopped showing classic movies (despite its name). And the addition of commercial breaks. No thanks.

So did AMC ever show any of Francis Farmer's movies, or is he lost in the mists of time?

Must be related to Francis Fisher.

I am celebrating by watching ALL THE KINGS MEN with Broderick Crawford on TCM.  It is quite a remarkable film...with some sterling performances by a sturdy cast.  8)

I bought the first DVD issue (it was recently re-released on DVD), and it's still sitting in its shrink wrap on the to-watch shelf. I like the movie, but I'm still not convinced it deserved to win Best Picture over THE HEIRESS.

Four of those five episodes had running commentaries, so I watched a couple of the episodes again with the commentary tracks turned on. For the others, I listened to sections of the commentary but not the entire thing.

The cast was recording the commentaries while the show was still in production last season. For example, I listened to a commentary track from two cast members for episode 13 while they were filming episode 17.

I sent Mr. Craig Brockman an e-mail yesterday, but apparently he is simply too too busy for us lowly little NYMF peons who don't have the BIGGEST names in their show.

No, my number goes up with each new post. But that same new number reflects on all previous posts. Maybe that's what is mixing you up.
