i need to stop being lazy & take sherlock for a hike.  keith has leaves to pick up & i have decided to be brave & take sherlock by myself.
And how is DD Sherlock adjusting to his saddle, so he can take you on his walks?

I've been subjected to helpings of it most of my life...I should hope to crap I "know" it when I see it/read about it!

;D
The Eskimos have a hundred different words for "snow"...

Ron Pulliam can identify a hundred different kinds of crap, and still identify it as "crap."

Makes sense to me!   ;D

SWW- ;D

we saw one other dog today.  this dog used to play with Echo when he was a puppy & is always happy to see me.  too happy in my opinion & jumps up into my face.  today he shoved his nose in my left eye.  I'm thinking that is the reason said eye keeps burning & is all blurry.

Dakota Celt doesn't want a signed poster - which inlcudes Mr. and Mrs. Ashford AND Kevin Spirtas?

Tight on money but I would want one

Tonight's dinner will be very green and white.

Poached Tilapia, rice, and a nice salad.

Der B decided we should have more fish in our diets, so I've been dropping by the fish department about once a week.  I'm pretty good at poaching fillets, not too good at pan frying yet, and the idea of cooking a whole fish still gives me the willies.

Like mbarum, I too was looking forward to the interview.

More words to drive Elmore crazy by department:  just finished the arrangement of "In My Own Little Corner," which Larry will be happy to hear follows the original orchestration exactly, at least to measure 75 where it breaks into unbridled swing until measure 114.  I did a jazz English Horn solo over the swing part that mimics the flute line, sort of.  And when the strings come back in at 114 it's luscious enough to make Richard Rodgers drop his martini and stop yelling at Mary.  ;)

Der B just saw something on the telly and had to call me over to watch it as he replayed it.

It was a promo for the Christmas Special for The Closer.  It very much looked like Amy's work, and was very good.

"I don't like being ordered to be festive!"  Great line!

*Oh, but I did check out a small gallery on the second floor that featured three works that use the printed word - or the projected word - as Art.  Quite interesting, and very thought provoking.  The one installation that is simply made of two slide projectors projectors different but related/words juxtaposed over one another was quite effective.  If you walked in front of one of the projectors - thus blocking the other one - you saw one word, then as you continued walking and blocked the other one, you saw another word.  And the choice of words was quite, well, interesting (for lack of a better work), and, in some of the pairings, a bit graphic.

I saw a thing about this exhibit on some show or the other earlier this week. It looked interesting

I won't find out until I get home after working concessions for Warren Miller's Playground.  It should be quite exciting...the movie and working the concessions!
