Well, no one can say we didn't reach page five, but there will be a price to pay for those who are errant and truant - they will have to romp about in public dressed only as faerie pipers.

This regular visitor has a much more beautiful voice than Patti. But then even the local wattlebirds have a less irritating screech.

This is a White Backed Magpie.  They have a tendency to swoop and attack people when they (the birds) are nesting and feel threatened.

Good morning, good day, how are you this beautiful day.  I had a lovely night's sleep and didn't open my eyes until ten-thirty - I really needed that.

Young, strong...oh, I was something in days gone by.
With some girl who'd just happened to catch my eye.

I always want to sing DAYS GONE BY, when BK quotes GOOD MORNING, GOOD DAY.  Since it has been about 15 years since I played Maraczek, I wanted to make sure I was quoting correctly.  Fortunately, I found a site online that proudly proclaimed to have all of the lyrics from the She Loves Me SOUNDTRACK.

At this point the Australian thing is merely an inquiry - this gal took a week to get back to me after the first time I answered her questions, and it's been four days since I answered her second set of questions.  So, we'll have to see.  I suspect it's an amateur group and depends on their money situation.

BK, how long before the show becomes available at R & H?  Is it possible for a theater company to arrange a production directly through you before the R&H contract takes effect?

I guess we should avoid saying "Good Charlotte" photo or we shall be inundated with punk rock fans.

Yes, if the Australian thing happens it will be through me.  I don't think the R&H thing will go into effect before summer - supposedly they're drawing up the agreement, but I haven't seen it.  elmore also has to finish his work on the cleanup.  Once that all happens, it will go pretty quickly.

We've finished watching the excellent 1985 Australian series "Palace Of Dreams". The use of newsreel footage was wonderful. The series was set in 1930's Sydney - the story of Russian Jews running a Hotel. It was based on the writer/producer's family.

Darn, NetFlix doesn't have this.  I did add THE STREET to my Q.

It wasn't by choice.  I directed the production, and I couldn't find any other old goat willing to play the part.  I love the role, but would prefer to do it when I am not directing.

Thanks, everyone, for your comments on my avatar.   I feel a little guilty about it, though, because I sort of swiped it from a blog I sometimes read.  I don't know how the blog author created it, and I suspect if that blog author ever joins HHW, I'll have some 'splain' to do!   :-\
It looks like a Yahoo avatar.

I used to act at Renaissance faires, so that wouldn't be too much of a stretch for me.

Do faerie pipers get to wear those cute shoes with the curly-cue toes?
