First cast albums listened to:  Ain't Misbehavin' and Sweeney Todd.  I checked them out of the local library when I was in eighth grade.  I didn't really get ST at the time (I do now!!), but I instantly LOVED (and still love) AM.  I couldn't tell you what was the first cast album I bought or was given.

First male 45:  Billy Joel's "I Love You Just the Way You Are"

First female 45:  Carley Simon's "Nobody Does It Better"

What the frell?!??!

In any case, I did indeed just pack my luggage for my trip to Chattanooga for SETCs, and now it's time to head out with umbrella in head for another round of Banks' children.

Ah, humor - yes, we love humor, especially when we know it's humor :)  NOW we know it's humor and we shall laugh and laugh until we can laugh no more and then we shall laugh again.

Today's poached eggs and English Muffin were fine, unlike last week's.

I'm sure my first record purchase would have been something by Donny Osmond.

I was gonna say, "Yes, but not for long!"

But now it looks like it just might be a while.    :-\

I'm a little tired right now.  I have one order to ship - not sure if I'll do it today or tomorrow morning.

I think the first cast album (which was on cassette tape) I bought for myself was "Phantom of the Opera." I have no idea why I bought it, but I loved it, and it is what hooked me on live theater.
