It's Ask BK Day and my question pertains to Kritzerland Records. . .
On the STROUSE, STROUSE and SCHWARTZ recording, Bob Cuccioli sound terrible! (singing "Morning Glow" from PIPPIN). I have never heard him sound this way when I've seen him live on stage.
Was Cuccioli sick? Was the song 'wrong' for him? Was the arrangement wrong for him? What was wrong?
Bonnie Franklin, on the same recording, sounds fabulous! Who was her tap-dancing partner?
Penny Fuller brings of "One Halloween" tremendously.
Carole Cook is a force of nature, and I adore her lengthy, but, funny additions to her spot. I realize that this was a recorded concert, but, how is Miss Cook to work with? She seems to be the type of gal that I'd love to go out and have dinner with.
