Hmmmph.  Leave the scorekeeping to der B, and he's letting all these non-people/character names get through.

It wouldn't have happened in MY day, I tell you!

Haunted Highway (you can pretty much put haunted with any "h" word and it's been a horror movie at some point)

Yes, it's easy when you're just making up phrases with H's.

But I'm surprised no one has yet mentioned

Horace Horsecollar.

Yep, Mickey Mouse's ol' buddy and Clarabelle Cow's erstwhile fiancee.  Last seen on House of Mouse as the mechanical technician.  (Disney characters are as un-killable as your average X-Men member.)

I bought a bunch of forever stamps.  I'm trying to decide if I should just save them. A once cent increase isn't that much, but with the next increase or two they will be worth more.

Good idea :)

Has DR SWW ordered his John Barrowman 2009 calendar?

Why is he wearing all those clothes?

And now it looks like Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana may have "ruined" her career with the just published photo spread in Vanity Fair (which was taken by famed photographer, Annie Liebowitz, and also featured pics of her with her father)...

To me the photo doesn't seem right, she is just way too young.   I wonder what her parent's are thinking now.  After all they were there & were caught up in the whole thing.  I

I would like to see Disney use this to teach a lesson, I seriously doubt it will harm her career.

All of the advertising time on Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy here was purchased by a couple of wing nuts looking for votes.

Frankly, I'm not that big on Barrowman.  Just not my type.  Too pretty.

I like the show he's on.  I think it's well written, well acted, well produced.

But Barrowman himself?  He looks, well, waxed.  He needs some hair on his pecs.

A couple weeks ago, I interviewed for a part-time position in the Cultural Arts Division of the City of Manhattan Beach's Parks & Recreation Department. (Say that 5 times fast!) A week later, the woman who interviewed me... her name's Megumi (*grin*) called my reference & it apparently went well. Today she called me back and offered me the job. She's sending my paperwork back to personnel for the official OK & will let me know when I can start. This is so perfect for me. Not only the arts aspect, but that I could take another part-time job or continue taking classes. And it's close enough that I could walk to work, weather permitting. *squee*
