Well Fred, at least I know one person in the STARFIGHTER cast.

And you're gonna be wearin' a cast, if you keep it up!   ;)

TOD: I would revive BABES IN TOYLAND and JUBILEE with the BBC cast, to hear Elmore's glorious orchestrations live!

Aw, shucks, dear edisaurus! But concerning BABES IN TOYLAND - sure would like to see something approaching what it was like, though! -  I didn't orchestrate it; 90% is by Otto Langey and 10% or so is by Herbert himself; i'm only the editor of the new edition.  I'd love a production of JUBILEE with a cast approaching some of the wonderful casting in the BBC and 1986 performances: British actors for the Royal Family and American's for some of the celebrities.

Maybe Prunella Scales as the Queen, John Cleese as the King, Gavin Lee again as the Prince, Emmy Rossum as the Princess, Tyne Daly as Eva Standing (Elas Maxwell), Hugh Dancy as Eric Dare (Noel Coward), Karen Ziemba as Karen O'Kane (Ginger Rogers) and Mario Lopez as Charlie  Rauschmiller (Johnny Weismuller).

I guess I didn't know who or what I was looking for, so I have no idea if I saw it.

Oh, Harry Hamlin's in it, too. He gets torn in half.

I watched all of the bonus features, too. There are three behind-the-scenes featurettes that show how the actors are just making up a lot of it as they go along. And 13 deleted scenes are there. Maybe the whole film should have been deleted.

I think I laughed twice during the whole movie.

This is a comedy?  And one of the characters get torn in half?

Perhaps Falafel King on Broxton?

Could be.  I really don't remember the name but it probably on Broxton.  If you go please find out if we can sit outside with Sherlock.

If you go to the Village be sure to stop at Stan’s Donuts across from the Bruin.  Our favorite is his version of an apple fritter, the apple crisp-the forth donut down in the photos.

I just got a kind of shocking email that my first real girlfriend (as in going steady and that whole megillah) died last night in her sleep.  She had had a tough adult life, battling various drug and alcohol addiction issues, so I'm not sure if that had played into it.  It is very sad because she had such an incredible amount of potential.

I am very sorry to read that, JMK.

*Sniff*

Perhaps.

But how many of DR PennyO's posts have hunks in them?   Huh?

;)

And how many of your posts have phone numbers?

Ohhh... I just did some Googling, and found out that the falafel place I was referring to, Eat A Pita, has closed.  Ah, well...

What? No more Pita eating at a Eat A Pita??

I couldn't find anything that seemed to fit the bill, either.  But then, I don't watch the television show, so...

Who knows?

Thus, truly you and TCB are on equal footing here!

Yes, it makes you wonder what DR Singdaw did with his time prior to his discovery of HHW, doesn't it?   ;)

Ummmm...................well, okay.................sure..............uh-huh...........(if we're not presuming he was doing some sort of "time".)

Thank you DR Edi.

Sherlock has an infection in-between the toe webs.  There isn’t much space in there which he why we had difficulty telling exactly where & what it was.  There are no cancer cells. :D

DR George, I now no why an incompetent vet would diagnose a tumor ::)

Once a day we need to soak his paw in a combination of Epson Salts & Betadine and then the paw must be completely dried.  Twice a day he gets antibiotics (Cephalexin).  We have scheduled a return visit on Friday.

Poor boy can't go hiking for awhile.

Oh dear, I found it.  I guess the organist hit the transposition button or stop instead of something else...but the results are....well....

Just as funny as the first time we listened to it. Well, to us, since we are not the musicians.
