OH!  And there's still a chance that I will be attending the taping of tonight's "American Idol".  Apparently, there will be lots of VIP's in tonight's audience, so they're checking to see just how many possible empty seats they'll have for everyone else.  If I go, cool. If not, that's cool too since it wasn't originally part of my plans.

Hmm... I don't think I ever heard DRs FJL and MissKaren ever mention their time in Provence.  ???  I wonder if it's possible that a Baker and his Wife could be a part of their history?

Well, you could have "borrowed" my version and then let me delete my post :)

As treasurer for a local professional organization, I'm also registrar for their annual spring conference (tomorrow).  It's amazing how people who should know better think they can get a refund after the meals have been ordered and paid for.

If someone took exception to something you said or did, doused you with kerosene and set you ablaze, would that be considered burnt umbrage?

And would your remains end up on an artist's palette as burnt umber?

He'd have to be placed in that crush of girls that rush the stage during each number.

He'd be far more wise to attempt to get seated next to Michael Johns!

That is rude, DR Ginny!  I'll bet if you repeat everything the webinar leader says, very loudly, with a one or two second delay, you'd nip that in the bud!     8)

Here's a photo of Sarah Jessica Parker at the "Sex and the City" movie premiere to amuse folks...and in singdaw's case, get him all twitterpated:

As for the Holbein portrait of Jane Seymour, she was 29, which is getting up in years for the 16th Century, when she became Queen.

How old was she when she did Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman?

My junior year Advanced Placement English teacher was David Gates' cousin.  The class found out about this exciting relationship the same day (our) Mr. Gates told he us he had gotten engaged.  Guess which subject was more interesting to 11th grade students?

DR MBarnum - how 'bout Aug. 27-Sept. 1, 2008?

I would love to, but just don't think I will have the dough for another trip this year after my trip in June to Memphis.  :-[
