That's not so....you know from Tootsie Rolls, as well!
I thought it was DH Jayson who played keyboards!

(A PDQ Bach reference, of course!)

I could not get on this site at all through AOL.  I have been trying for almost two hours.  I could get to BK's notes, but not to the community pages.  I finally had to use Opera.com to get my foot in the door.

Boy, take one lousy nap, and wake up to play catch up. Is anyone going to post a list of T.M.s?
I'll plunge in and do the best I can after the deluge.

Quote from: Elan on Today at 12:42:57pm
Quote
It counts anyhow... "Mr. Martin Tanner, baritone, of Dayton Ohio" (it took me five years to work up the courage to sing that song in public... Harry Chapin, Steve Sondheim, and Abie Rotenberg (Jewish composer) are the three people who have written songs that are too painful for me to sing aloud).

OH!  Now that would make a great Topic of the Day!

Painful for yourself, or for everyone else?  For me, anything I sing creates pain.  *sigh*

I didn't change the initials, I added to them, only because it seems we'd exhausted M.T.  We can still add to those and I'd prefer we did, but reversing initials is part of the original concept of the game, although Rothman and I made the decision not to do so in our car games.

The other payment I'd been waiting for was going to be paypal-ed today - only somehow the person had reached their limit, paypal-wise, so now a check is being Fed-Exed.  All very annoying.

Okay, since M.T. seems to have been exhausted (we'll still come up with more, I'm sure), let's reverse it and do T.M.

I'll start - Thomas Mitchell.
HOLD ON A SECOND HERE!!!

Am I correct in reading this as: BK expects us to keep up two lists at the same time?

Without asking kindly first?

This explains why der B stopped posting and said "Let's go buy doggy biscuits" earlier!

Keeping two lists will be very awkward.  What I've been doing is splitting the monitor space between a window for the Internet, and another window for the spreadsheet we use for the list.  Dividing the screen into three spaces... nope, just doesn't work, makes the three spaces too small.  The only other method means switching back and forth between two lists.

BK, switching games like this was thoughtless.  I'll try to muddle through this time, but please don't do it again.
