TPunk, love the dancing pic... although it seriously made me do a double take because I thought for an instant I was looking at myself.  Weird.  You're like the "Skinny-Me".  ;)

The kitchen project continues and we continue to grow grumpier by the minute.  It will most likely be months now before we are finished.  I say months since a junk of cabinets are not here, not here as they were never ordered.  We also need to get the drywall guy back for work that the designer said wasn’t needed and most definitely was.  We can’t get him back until he returns our calls.

If I didn’t eat so much junk from stress I would sleep better and then I would cope with this better.

End of rant.  Good night.

DR Danise I don't think you're supposed to understand what Walt said. But yes Lost fanatics have taken to listening to the words in every manner and what DR Dan The Man wrote was what they discovered.

DR RonP, I also really like Everwood. Although I have a few other WB shows that I like better (Gilmore Girls, Charmed, and 7th Heaven). But it is quite a good show.

Good evening, DR Jane!

Oh, and I sent DH Noel to see "Beowulf" in my place tonight, as our office had an extra ticket.  I can't wait to see what he has to say about it.  Tee hee!

DR Jane hope your renovations start going better.

And DR Cillaliz so sorry about your finger.

DRs Danise and Elmore, I also totally love Ghost Whisperer.  It always makes me happy. I cannot wait to see the creepy tattoo guy on this week's show. I did not watch yet since I was with my baby niece tonight.

I was supposed to hear from my music prep gal at seven.  It's now close to eight, and I haven't heard a peep, and I'm much less willing to go out now and spend an hour making sure everything is right than I would have been at seven.  And I purposely didn't start watching anything on DVD because I thought I'd be out - now I've probably wasted the evening's viewing.

Good Evening!

They - whoever "they" are - have been doing work on the cable line tonight - which, consequently, affects the internet connection here, so...  I tried to post earlier when I got home from rehearsal, but the connection was just too "spotty".  It's a little better now, but, apparently, the line work is supposed to continue until midnight.  Ah, well...

In any case, I fell asleep on the couch after watching the new "Sponge Bob Square Pants" episode.  -It was pretty good, and the longer format - 22 minutes instead of their usual 11 - worked well.

I'm still a bit drowsy, and I think I'm just going take that as a hint to go ahead and head to bed now.  And then just get up earlier... And take care of the rest of my internet stuff then (hopefully, things will be back to normal by then).

However...

DR vixmom - Glad to hear that the vixdad is "repairable".  Continued Good Heart Health Vibes being sent his way.

So... I'll be back "tomorrow"...

Laters...

I must have somehow missed DR Cillaliz's finger.  Vibes for it!

I have to say I really don't understand how they got "Virgo" or the virgin out of that symbol.  I mean, what the h-e-double hockey sticks IS that thing?

DR Ginny, no, I knew I should put ice on my finger, but I still had too much work to do, so I just kept working. It was in the 70s and I really needed to finish up the outdoor work before the weather goes south...why do we say things go south....wouldn't it be goes north since it will be getting colder?

Tonight I went to DERAILED.  I enjoyed it and won't say anything about it, so I don't give it away.   I did hold my cold diet coke against my finger...so I sort of iced it.

There was a preview of Memoirs of a Geisha tonight.  Looks like it will be pretty interesting. I read the book so long ago but did remember it as the trailer ran.

I read it this summer, and the preview looks fantastic, and very much like I imagined it while reading the book.  I can't wait!

Tomorrow I'm considering seeing Jarhead and/or The Weatherman.  I'm going to do a matinee, just not sure what.

DR Jane, I signed up for Netflix last night. I think I'll like it. I can get all the obscure documentaries that don't make it here.

The news just said that women enjoy a good joke better than men because they often don't expect them to be funny and enjoy them much more when they are. Now how on earth do you figure that out.

I thought the preview looked great too.  It must have been similar to what I imagined as well because I knew exactly where in the book each scene came from without even thinking about it

Oh and they also said women are more analytical...why would they say that?
