DR RLP, yes I said that Commonwealth day is not a holiday here that is celebrated.  I don't ever remember doing anything at school.  I don't think anyone has the day off.  And certainly nobody is going around wishing anybody a happy day.  Like I said perhaps in some part of the country it is celebrated.  BUt i'll bet if you asked every canadian you knew, not one of them would know what you were talking about if you mentioned the day.

Getting ready to watch KINGDOM OF HEAVEN about the Crusades!

Just watched BE COOL with lots of LA locations that I knew ALL about because of Mr BK's columns and his posts and those of former LA-ite DR CP.  And seeing The Rock play a gay body guard whose bulb is just slightly dimmer than Paris Hilton's was very funny.  One of the added scenes was Elliot's (The Rock) music video to Loretta Lynn's song "You ain't Woman Enough to Take My Man."

And he auditions for John Travolta by doing a monolog from the cheerleading movie BRING IT ON....playing both girls' parts....LOL.

A ventriloquist was killing the audience with his act....they loved him.  He was telling a series of blonde jokes and the audience was eating it up.

Suddenly in the middle of the room, a young blonde woman stood up on her table and yelled:  "Stop it.  Just stop it.  You are objectifying a human being because of the color of her hair.  This is prejudice and it must stop.  You should be ashamed of yourself."

The audience got very quiet, and the ventriloquist bowed his head slightly.  After a moment he said:  "I'm very sorry, young lady, you are correct."

And the blonde said:  "You shut up.  I'm not talking to you.  I'm talking to the short guy sitting on your lap."

I'm sure you didn't mean to be insulting, but what you wrote actually was insulting.  There are some people in Quebec who believe in separatism, but not most.  And especially not 99% of English speaking people here.

All I said is that the day was not a holiday anybody here celebrates. There are many Canadian holidays that we do celebrate (Canada Day, Victoria Day...). But the one you mentioned is not.  Although as I said I cannot speak for every province. Perhaps there are some that consider it a holiday, although I have not heard of any.

Sorry if you took my comment aboiut Quebec being France as an insult, it was meant as a good natured joke.  I apologize very much for my ignorance in how this would be perceived by you.  I never intended to9 insult you aor hurt your feelings in anyway

Walty and Killbot are in the midst of working out some kind of conflict.  I should really get Rodzinski to film it and set it to music.

It was stuffed animals and enough Christmas stuff for the entire neighborhood. Their Christmas lights still have not been taken down. And the mice have been all over the stuffed animals. All were precious. We put a dozen large black trash bags full of them into the shed.

March 20 is not only the Equinox, but the sun is moving into Aquarius, the first sign of the zodiac.

So....things look good for everyone ... in just a few days.

Was he ever caught between the moon and New York city?

Just caught up... I was quite please to see Danise albeit breifely and with sad news....

I was considering looking up the neighbors and having them peek in the windows if I couldn't track her down by tomorrow.

~~~~VIBES~~~~ to Danise for all problems magically going away... NOW!
