I like most fruit except for grapefruit. I am not a fan of it.

I really like grapefruit.  I get them at Costco and they're huge!  I just peel them (it's not too easy, but I figured out how to do it sort of effectively) and I eat them like oranges. :D

I've never had a clementine.  I have no idea what it's like at all...I would assume some sort of citrus fruit?

I like apples and chocolate and caramel, but apples in either is just wrong! :P Why would you ruin perfectly good chocolate or caramel with apples?  There are so many other things that would go with them.

they are delicious... They are sort of like a miniature orange and they are sweet and juicy.  Some call them Spanish oranges but I have read that is a misnomer

Back from a little light supper with Mr. Nick Redman.  Went to the Daily Grill, where I had my meal o' the day - their yummilicious iceberg wedge with bleu cheese bits and bacon bits in a vinaigrette dresssing.  I felt just fine, no bread, no hunger pangs, and I can definitely have a little snack later should I so choose.

Hello people!

The Vixter and I had a lovely day.  Sorry theatre critics but we beg to disagree, we had a wonderful time at Lestat and quite enjoyed the show.  The  Vixter gave it her highest compliment... "It was good, not just Beauty and the Beast good, but Wicked good!"

We had great seats 10th row orchestra, a little left of center but still pretty central.  Hugh Panaro, despite being ill, was in great voice and had terrific energy.

Alisson Fischer was wonderful.  We had seen her several years ago in an off Broadway production of The Prince and the Pauper when she was probably not more than 12 or 13. I hope to see her on Broadway again very soon.

The theatre was full and the audience very appreciative.    Afterwards the sidewalk by the stage door was lined with fans.

But best of all, we got to spend time with the lovely and talented Jose  and FJL!!!

The Vixter was showered with gifts by both of these generous DR's.  We met Jose's friend, and Jason's new employer, Steve James (I'm a nidiot, got the name wrong!)  and then FJL treated all of us to a meal and a drink at a lovely little place down by Time Square.

Depite FJL's best efforts, I caught onto his nefarious plot and  did not become drunk and disorderly
 ;D

well actually he ordered a "virgin pina colada" which sounded so good I changed my order from a gingerale to the same as his, only the waitress brought us "liquored up " versions!! After a few sips the buzz began to kick in since I had taken my hay fever allergy meds!  We called the waitress over who removed the offending drinks and replaced them with coffee and soft drinks!!

Re yesterday's TOD... its always the noisy, rude and crude that get noticed.  The average person gets overlooked and the annoying minority are the ones that give the generatin the bad name..... anyone remember the 1960's ?  As I recall that entire generation was made up of drug using, irresponsible, rude kids who refused to grow up, get jobs or bathe.

Well... It was a wonderful day.  Yes, it got emotional at times, but the whole show, the whole experience ended on a very up-note.

And now... Well... The past week has started to catch up to me...  Because we recorded the cast album last Monday (15 hours!), I haven't had a day off in two weeks... So... I'm going to have some quiet time tonight - and tomorrow most likely - and then it's back to the grind - which I love! - on Tuesday.  Details to follow.

-Great seeing DRs vixmom and FLJ and the vixter again today.

Laters...

Sorry!! He seems very nice.  It was very kind of both of you to delay going to your aftershow party to spend time with us.
