I have some interesting DVDs in store - including dear reader Edisaurus' short film, which is first up for today. Voyage of the Damned, which I've never seen, but which has an all-star cast (in the days when that meant something), the new BFI region 2 of The Innocents, which is said to put to shame the excellent region 1, The Illustrated Man (which I've never seen all the way through) and many others that have been piling up. I must also finish watching The Sandpiper, a terrible film with an excellent score, so I can watch The VIPs, a fun film with an excellent score.

It was misting when I got up this morning, but by the time HHW came back on-line, the sun has broken through, and it's obvious we're in for a beautiful day with highs near 70 once again. Unbelievable.
