I don't think you CAN put this lamp in upside down - I just put it in exactly the same way the old one was.

Re: American idol.

SPOILERS.

Well it was pretty much as predicted.  The people who went home were those who were not featured in the audition/hollywood phase.   And to prove my point further Sunjaya (who was terrible) yet who was featured prominently was in the top four guys.  I knew he was not going anywhere. And i'm not at all surprised he was in the top 4 guys.  Although that said, i actually think of the ones who sucked he showed the most promise.

I'm not surprised that rudy and paul kim left. But it could just as easily have been nick, jared or aj.  And as for the girls i am not surprised with the two who left (amy and nicole). But it could easily have been leslie or haley (although she was actually featured a bit).

I knew antonella was not going anywhere even though she was the only one standing there.  Even though i'm sure she grates on many people's nerves. She was featured a lot. So i'm sure some people must like her.

DR Jose, what was the broadway announcement they made? I saw the link to the producers closing. But i'm not sure how that relates to idol (granted i ff'ed through most of it).

Was there an announcement about Fantasia doing Color Purple on Broadway?  I didn't see American idol, but heard there was something about that.

Or maybe about someone doing FANTASIA on Broadway?  I get mixed up sometimes.  :)

Perhaps some fans doing ANASTASIA on Broadway, all wearing purple?

LOL from DP Colin FJL.

Isn't purple one of those words like silver and orange that it is difficult to rhyme.

Was it Roger Miller who used "Maple Surple?

I've never heard of that song, but if I remember correctly, there are only four words in the English language that don't have rhymes (and three are colors):  purple, silver, orange...and month. :)
